I love the ear pieces to keep my iPods safe in place. They are very comfortable. I have not used any of the other items in the package.

Great for walking or using at your desk. When someone talks to you it makes it easy to remove without losing or misplacing then it’s right there to plug back in

Running is made much better ( no slippage ) when using some of the various ways to connect the parts. I love it better than the price.

These have two different styles of accessories to help keep your Airpods in place. One for over the ear and one for in the ear. Either one works great.
