It regularly overheats and precariously balances into the EU socket. It cant be used to play the switch and everything charges slowly

Had the correct outlet prongs so we could use our curling iron we were both able to charge our phones together !

When i saw this product at best buy i did not hesitate because i always travel. I have tried this item and TRUST ME!! I love it.

Design for the EU plug is a little awkward, as the plug hangs out about a half inch from the unit when being used, which occasionally required it to be propped up from underneath to keep the connection secure.
