Blew the light I paid to ship with me as a gift for my dad. I checked the converter abilities throughly. Was only plugged in a minute and then blew the light. Super heartbreaking. Can’t return it as I’m out of the country. Bulky and struggles to stay plugged into outlets. Also what is the point of a converter that you can only use for 10min. Don’t waste your money in this awful product.

It was overheating my blow dryer until I unpluggled it. But even worse, it blew out my Samsung C phone cord connector. I had to use my cord in my friend's adapter to charge my phone the remainder of the trip. Lastly, Best Buy won't take responsibility and replace my connector that I also purchased from them! Debating whether my next purchase should be from them or not.

Right now, it's not doing the task that it was meant to do. Cost expensive but useless as it doesn't have proper adjustment between converter and adaptor. I would suggest no one to get it.

Fine for basic use.

Had a hard time powering a laptop and caused the laptops charging brick to whine. Ultimately I returned it.

I bought it primarily to charge my laptop but the electrical port didn’t work. Fortunately I foind a different model that worked at an electronics shop in Rome.

Good Converter for International Travel
