Right now, it's not doing the task that it was meant to do. Cost expensive but useless as it doesn't have proper adjustment between converter and adaptor. I would suggest no one to get it.

I paid for the tv and shipping. Now as an electrician I know they- the tv don’t draw much power so given the size of this converter I believe it to be enough. I plug it in and in a couple of minutes my tv goes to smoke along with the $600 I spent on it. Went to Best Buy and even though the tv is in my account the guy at the store said bring back the tv and will see what we can do…. Tv is 10000 miles away. Pictures were not enough so I got screwed. Don’t buy this product

After plugging my cell phone into this converter, my cell phone turned on and off on and off on and off. It’s like it would start charging, but then it would stop again. Then, when I came home from my vacation, it was too late to return it. It failed me!

It didn't work. Quite simply, it didn't work. I tried it again in Germany, and the same thing happened. This was a waste of money and something I won't buy again.

FIRE HAZARD

It got extremely hot and started smoking and melted one of my chargers. I wasn't charging anything crazy, just one of my small portable lights for my camera. The charger started melting and so did the Travel Converter. I'm lucky I started to smell the burning before it escalated. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. IT IS FAULTY.

We did have to read the instructions (!) in order to figure out the various slots and sliding buttons, but once we did that, it did what was expected, and we were able to charge phones and laptops. Good purchase.
