Good universal adaptor. I have used it 3x internationally and find it very easy to use. It helps with the additional USB ports for other charger.

Can’t review this product (but was forced to rate it) because we never used it. Wanted to return it but it was past 2 weeks. Definitely buying from Amazon next time or anyone else with a longer return window

We only used it in Italy and it worked great. Would need to try in other countries to give it a 5 star. Don't push the levers to bring out the plugs too hard as they are plastic and could break.

I needed a new Converter for a trip to Europe. I was surprised with the heft but it also felt solid and worked without any issues. Price was higher than I expected but worked so Im happy.

To charge your devices anywhere you go. It makes connection so easy!

I was very disappointed with this product. The only thing that worked on it was the USB ports.

Worked well in Spain and France. Will use it on other international travels. Good purchase.

I would not recommend this adapter. I took it overseas with me and it stopped working after a few days. I was away for over two weeks, and so due to Best Buys limited return policy, I could not return it when I came back, so it was $40 down the drain.

this item did not handle well in India where I went. I had to use the one other product luckily I had.

On a recent trip to Thailand, India and United Emirates my wife planed to take over a hair blower. I did not want to risk my current power converter with a blower so bought this one specially for her and how please was I...and her too! It worked perfect and I had peace of mind.

I have gotten my second and about to go for my third leveraging the one year warranty, but this should not be the case. My first unit (purchased May 2022) did not make it through a one-week trip. My second unit made it through one one-week trip and one day into another one-week trip before the full plug failed. The USB-A plugs still worked, hence two stars since I was still able to charge by backup battery overnight. Seriously look elsewhere unless you are extremely desperate for one and have no other options.

Took it to my recent trip to Paris and London. It works perfectly. A must for your electronics if you are heading to Europe.

The travel converter worked fairly well on our trip to the Mid East. It only had one outlet so I needed to plug a power strip into it to handle our devices. Seemed to sit a little loose in the outlet but did work. My son said because our devices were already set up for foreign power sources we really only needed plug converters.

Tried using it in UK and India, the pins are not fitting well in the outlet. Resulting in no charging or intermittent charging. Had a hard time during travel using this product

Terrible — unusable in Ireland— returning. Because of it’s size. And the fact that almost EVERY outlet in commercial environments ( hotel, restaurant, coffee shop, public building ) has a toggle switch installed in the wall cover for the outlet you could not insert this without turning off the switch or getting all the way plugged in at all. Complete waste of time and money

This current converter is an excellent product. It worked with my hair dryer and is a phone charger as well. I was in Italy when I used it. It has adapter plugs for other countries and I’m sure would perform anywhere I take it. I think the price is very reasonable. Thanks Best Buy

I bought this 6 months prior to my trip and when I finally went to Spain, I go to use it and it does not work. I definitely recommend you not buying this or anything made by Insignia. I have had multiple devices fail and I will NEVER buy a product made by them again. I wish I could have returned it and got my money back but lesson learned.
