About $100 worth of chargers had to be replaced when I got back. It runs too much power through them, the charging bricks literally burned up internally. It was too hot to even touch. The USB-A ports provide a much lower charge, but it's way too slow. It took over 12 hours to fully recharge my 10,000mAh battery through one of the USB ports. Ridiculous.

DANGEROUS, CAUSED FIRE, DO NOT BUY

I'm contacting Best Buy separately about the issue. Took this to London UK solely for the converter function to use with a US purchased standard 120 V curling iron. The iron overheated and caught fire, luckily nothing else did. Seems likely that the conversion was incorrect

Needless to say, I would buy another, and the same thing would happen, until I was told/educated on the voltage differential. I had no idea. But, now I’m able to travel with other small appliances that will work, anywhere.

Failed to Function

We were able to get about an hour's work from the adaptor, but when we tried to use it later that night it would no longer function. We were able to use the USBs on the bottom, but the main outlet stopped functioning.
