We took them to Paris and within a few minutes the adapter got hot to the point that we had to remove them and buy a couple more over there we didn’t wanted to risk it

As I got here and tried to use it to do my work online on my computer it didn’t work! It was super frustrating. I have purchased courts and plug-ins for Gjermini and that was great but I’d like to return the item and get my money back.

He took the time to hear me out and helped me choose the product that best suited my needs. It did! Could charge my devices as expected and survived bagage claim!

By the time I came back the 14 days return period for Best Buy is over so return will be extra pain. You have to go through the manufacture warranty. You may need the original packaging to go through it though. Generally, wasn't expecting the Insignia product to be this bad. There should be longer coverage for damanged products but it's a good lesson for myself in future. In hindsight, Amazon would have a better choice to get the adapter.

Doesn't stay put in-wall

In which case, it was mostly useless and I ended up returning it.
