Great adapter for use abroad

I bought two, none of them works

None of them works under adapter mode, converter only works a few minutes. I can not return tem since i am in the uk now.

Neither the converter nor the adapter would charge a laptop or anything of significance. Only the USB adapters would charge my phone.

We then borrowed a couple of cheap adaptors from a niece who was traveling with us and those worked great.
