I bought this because I was going to Rome, Italy. For the first 4 days it worked fine to charge my laptop and IPhone. On the 5th day It wouldn’t charge my Apple laptop anymore, only my phone. It was a major inconvenience as I was traveling alone staying at an Air bnb, the owner was out of the country so couldn’t help and there nowhere where I could charge laptop for remainder of my trip. I returned it and got a full refund.

Salesperson at BestBuy was just plain wrong when they told me to get this to use when I travelled to UK for charging my macbook pro. She seemed so certain that I trusted her but now see other reviews I should have read that say it doesn't work. It can actually damage the charge port. I'm hoping mine is ok, since I tried it before realizing it was not working once I got to the UK. I had to go find an apple store to get their travel adapter kit. The usb ports seem to work ok for the iphone but it's too big to have just for that.

It is an all-in-one unit. It is a bit bulky and is too big for sockets that are in tight spaces. Other than that, it does a good job. Liked adapter and/or converter option.

This item is OK. It is pretty bulky and gets really hot when you need it to convert. It also cannot charge something plugged in the outlet and USB connected at the same time.I returned the item because the heat did not sit well with me. I think I might look for other options.

Great product! I don't have to worry my trips especially to those countries with different type of oultet. I can still used my own charger and charge multiple gadget at the same time.

I bought this for convention I was going to in Scotland and London, being from Idaho I didn’t know how I could charge my devices. This one worked like a charm. Took a moment to figure out which one to use, but that’s with the outlets in Glasgow not the device.

I took this item to Europe. It got very hot charging just a phone. I would be very careful to charge higher voltage items while they are not being supervised. It was very expensive, so make sure you don't just need an adapter. Most computers are duel voltage and don't need an adapter and so are most cellphones made in the last 2 years. Our cell phones were not dual voltage and we didn't want to take a chance on charging it while we traveled.

Its an average product. Gets the job done, but the quality is questionable. Bought this for our trip to germany and it worked just fine. No issues. Just wish the quality was better.

I used this adapter in both Europe and Asia, and it worked great in both countries. The problem is that it's huge. I had a different adapter that was over 7 years older that worked just as well, but was considerably smaller. The extra size might translate into better heat dissipation, but when you're packing for an international trip, size matters.

The USB and Adapter portions were great. The Converter (220 to 110), not so much. It makes laptop transformers click and get hot! Very hot! Only used with 1 laptop transformer, so your experience may be different.

Worked well as expected No problems with the connections or performance

Too bulky. I had trouble with plugging it into outlets that had switches on them like the Australian outlets. Disappointing!

This was a good replacement for our previous converter which did not have USB. It was a good choice. Hangs a little heavy from high outlets but not a real problem.

The weight was awkward and made for difficult connection in EU countries. Wouldn’t charge my devices at times.

lightweight a easy to use. however, the packaging does not indicate its limitations, such as not being able to be used with small appliances. those details are only inside, indicated in the manual

Worked well but a bit bulky. Tended to pull our of socket at times because of weight.

Was faulty and did not work with us laptops. I think it had a voltage issue of some sort. A cheap $10 converter purchased in the airport worked better

Nice product. We used this when we traveled to Spain last summer. It was helpful to keep our electronics charged and ready for our next adventure.

Kind big and clumsy trying to use it. The weight of the device kept pulling it outof the out let.

Converter worked great! Just used this on a trip to Greece, Italy, Croation, and Turkey. It's very simple to use, and I love the fact that it's a single unit that can accommodate so many different configurations. It's just slightly on the large side, but that's better than having to have and keep up with several different attachments for different voltages.
