I used this in London and after two days, it started to work intermittently. It would show that's it's "on" but only pulse electricity. Couldn't charge my laptop or work on a presentation before a huge pitch. Had to buy a quality device from TUMI to salvage my business trip. To say that I am fire breathing demonic mad is an understatement. The only thing to make it worst is some BS comment from a Customer Service Rep that won't do anything to solve my headache, fix the product, and compensate me for wasted time.
