Usb ports work great. The socket itself does not work. My laptop and chargers did not work. All in one makes it easy to use. It is also lightweight. Poor quality. Not reliable.

Nice product. We used this when we traveled to Spain last summer. It was helpful to keep our electronics charged and ready for our next adventure.

Bought 4 and brought 3 on my trip. I’m in Italy while writing this. I’ll be here for two more weeks and it’s extremely disappointing (putting it mildly) how terrible these work. For one, they don’t really work. The only thing that has worked is the USB-A ports. One of these fried my drone charger on day one. None of them can support the weight of my macbook charger so I had to use my backpack to prop it up and they only worked for one night to charge my phone and macbook before crapping out. It’s certainly these products because my chargers work fine with my travel partner’s adapters. Never bought these before and never buying them again.

It works like described. My only gripe is its bulky and heavy.

In 3 Spanish cities over 8 days I found this very unreliable, in both converter and adapter mode. Sorry to say my unknown brand worked far better than this from Insignia. :( Would return it if I could, but time’s up. Save yourself the disappointment and try a different manufacturer.

The converter doesn’t work at all and overheats a lot when charging with a laptop. It was giving off a burning plastic odor after a day and later that night when I unplugged it when the smell got even worse it was piping hot. Honestly just avoid buying a converter/adapter. They’re dangerous and unreliable. If you can get a charging brick in the country your visiting or a wire to change for your laptops connection point do that instead.

At first, this was worth it since it is multi-use worldwide. It comes along with two USB slots on the bottom of the converter which was very useful. During my Asia trip, I was not able to connect in between Korean Hotels which set me back because I was working on my studies. Luckily I was able to return this!

It doesn't leave my carry-on bag. It's a lifesaver for me.

It was able to get power to hair straightener in Ireland. It is very bulky and could be hard to travel with

It does its job, it's bulky but I am not sure that there is an international adapter that is not bulky. Unfortunately it did not work with my Dyson for converting waltage which is what I bought it for

Honestly, don’t get it. The sacrifice in reliability outweighs the expected convenience of having all of the adapter options. It is very heavy and will fall out of an outlet that isn’t near new. Also using it on a MacBook not only doesn't work for charging the laptop, but also had broken it for use for any other device. The charge wouldn't hold for more than a second, acting almost like a flickering light but with charge. Because Best Buy’s return policy isn’t 30 days you should just stay away from it. Buy a simpler single adapter.

Very good and Easy to use with the 3 and one attachments for different countries

Worked great would buy again and probably will get another next time I go back. Heads up that there were times it wouldn’t support charging a switch. It could’ve been that the outlet it was used for wasn’t strong enough as we were on the plane

On the side of the device it says “Converter mode: For hair dryers and flat irons only.” I bought this specifically to convert power to my wife’s Dyson Airwrap while we were visiting Jordan from the U.S. It failed to do so. Rather, while converter mode is enabled, the Dyson plug emits a loud buzz without powering the dryer. We tried multiple outlets and test/reset on the dryer plug and nothing worked.

Not good overheated, I used it in Germany, London, Rome, and it kept overheating and the only thing that worked was the USB port, I ended up using my friends simple single adapter without the whisles and not broken, look at other re

This didn’t work as well or as easily as promised. Some things didn’t even charge. I don’t recommend this.

Does the job and great all-in-one converter & adapter for all major countries but it is quite big. I used to have a different one that did exactly the same as this but was much smaller but I couldn’t find it.

Wasn’t as expected was told that was what I needed and that was incorrect

The size of the converter is too big and heavy for the actual stick that goes into the plugs. When used with a MacBook Pro charger thats too heavy it will fall and won’t remain connect to the power source. Will start turning on and off and risking the chance to burn the equipment connected. Not well designed.
