It’s nice that this one is compact (so easier to travel with) and does not feel flimsy like the other one piece I had. It is solid and can take me anywhere in world.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the product did not work in Australia... in over 10 resorts and hotel rooms all electrical outlets have on/off switches that protrude so that this product cannot be plugged into the outlet... its too large and bulky to fit into the outlet... the only way I could make it work was to plug it into a extension cord/surge protector that allowed it to overhang the side

It was very helpful to have a the different plug options for both the UK and Europe (plus US and China). I found that the only item I was traveling with that needed the converter was my hairdryer, but it was VERY helpful to have along! A little bulky in the suitcase, but well worth the space!

Be careful!) I made sure to flip switch to converter. We did use it with our son’s Samsung phone with no problems. It was handy to use in Ireland and Germany(different prongs). Would give higher star but losing my Chi….

Worked fine for other small stuff like phone charging and Mac Book power, but per the instructions, this is only recommended for 30 min or less, as it gets very warm.

It even fried my mom's hair straightener (which it says it should work for). The converter setting would just click on and off but never worked (could see it charge, not charge, charge, and not charge on my phone).

I used it for my trip to France and could use the converter function to charge US-only devices followed by the adapter to charge my dual-voltage devices (like my phone). I love that it’s an all in one device that also includes USB ports so I can pack minimally! I haven’t been able to try any of the other plug adaptors, but they all unfolded/slid out properly, so I can be sure that I’d I ever do need them, there aren’t any mechanical issues. I also have to give a kudos to my local Best Buy for being able to fill a pick-up order so quickly, allowing me to pick up this important electronic the day before my trip!
