the product did not work in Australia... in over 10 resorts and hotel rooms all electrical outlets have on/off switches that protrude so that this product cannot be plugged into the outlet... its too large and bulky to fit into the outlet... the only way I could make it work was to plug it into a extension cord/surge protector that allowed it to overhang the side

Excellent adapter and converter! It was very helpful to have a the different plug options for both the UK and Europe (plus US and China). I found that the only item I was traveling with that needed the converter was my hairdryer, but it was VERY helpful to have along! A little bulky in the suitcase, but well worth the space!

I was really impressed with this converter until it shorted out my Chi straightener.( It said it converted flat irons. Be careful!) I made sure to flip switch to converter. We did use it with our son’s Samsung phone with no problems. It was handy to use in Ireland and Germany(different prongs). Would give higher star but losing my Chi….

Had my husband buy one for our trip to London. It has all the plugs you would need, but wouldn't convert. It even fried my mom's hair straightener (which it says it should work for). The converter setting would just click on and off but never worked (could see it charge, not charge, charge, and not charge on my phone).

Bought specifically to use my hairdryer in Switzerland and it did not work. Worked fine for other small stuff like phone charging and Mac Book power, but per the instructions, this is only recommended for 30 min or less, as it gets very warm.

Works like a charm! I used it for my trip to France and could use the converter function to charge US-only devices followed by the adapter to charge my dual-voltage devices (like my phone). I love that it’s an all in one device that also includes USB ports so I can pack minimally! I haven’t been able to try any of the other plug adaptors, but they all unfolded/slid out properly, so I can be sure that I’d I ever do need them, there aren’t any mechanical issues. I also have to give a kudos to my local Best Buy for being able to fill a pick-up order so quickly, allowing me to pick up this important electronic the day before my trip!

This product worked really well. It easily packed into my suitcase. Didn’t get hot whilst in use. And I had to grab it at the last minute so having it ready for pick up was so convenient

A little heavy for Iceland outlets. Also instructions are reversed as to what to do with 220 volt outlets and plugging in phone chargers

The Adapter worked great in Northern Ireland and had no issues. I look forward to using it in other places

Worthless as a converter. I tried to use it in Australia to charge my laptop. I believe it destroyed the charger. The converter got very hot and the charger made a clicking sound just before it died.

I bought this as a compact adapter/converter for a quick work trip to Finland and Denmark. It would not charge my dual-voltage electronics at all--even those that matched the output requirements--when used as an adapter. (Using it as a converter on dual-voltage electronics risks burning up the converter _and_ your phone/laptop/etc.). The first time I used it as a converter to charge an old single-voltage iPad, the converter "popped," hummed like it was arcing, and overheated quickly. Unplugged immediately; checked settings; plugged it back it and it was dead. Couldn't even use it as an adapter at that point. Complete waste of money; I'll go back to carrying my bigger converter/adapter by a different manufacturer.

It did not work. It de-charged my phone!! My hair dryer barely turned on.

Brought this to Europe with me to use as an adapter for my phone/Apple Watch and also a converter for my curling iron! It works perfectly and I haven’t had any problems!

Worked for 2 days. It is not necessary the converter for the laptop. Just get one in london is 10 dollars or get something more simple.

I bought this product for use in Singapore and Thailand, countries that use different electrical adapters. It didn't work in either place for recharging our iPhone and Android phones. I do not recommend this product or any like it from Best Buy because if it doesn't work and you're gone for more than 2 weeks, the company won't refund your money.

This one-in-all travel converter/adapter was a godsend. It made it possible for me to hit the ground running (or at least walking fast!) during my work trip to Germany.

Bought for a cruise. It was perfect for the job. It will come in handy in the future.

I took this product and tried to use it in India. The product after inserting into the outlet did not work at all. I did not even use the converter mode, as I was just trying to power up my laptop and it failed miserably. Totally fed up with the quality. As I will be on a business trip for a month, I cannot even return this product anymore. Pure waste of money. Won't recommend buying this, especially if you are going to use in India.

I bought it to use with my laptop in Europe but it was just a waste of money. The converter makes really loud buzzing noise, don't trust it with my electronics. The adapter stopped working after 3 uses. Save your money and buy it in Europe for cheaper
