The plug adapter is typically what I need and it has a sufficient variety for all countries. I use the voltage converter as well if I need it. It's bulky, heavy, and does not stay securely in the outlet so I have to prop it up on something and in a hotel that requires some Rube Goldberg-type construction. I'm not a fan of the USB ports - slow charging. I'm looking for a replacement

Does not fit in the socket well

That can be convenient but it would be nice if they could have included the the third bottom metal adapter because when it you plug it in an American wall socket the adapter is too heavy to support its own weight. Great for traveling but not versatility enough to keep if your not traveling.

Makes a ton of noise in converter mode and would not charge my 110vAC anker battery with built in US plug. With the noise I would not risk my MacBook plugged into this thing. Just sitting on the shelf now.

Over engineered, works poorly

In adapter mode, the intended use for small electronics, my charger would work for 5-10 seconds, stop charging my phone or my laptop, start working again, repeated over and over again. In converter mode, my charger started making a really bad clicking noise which I had to unplug because I was worried I would damage the charger or start a fire. The USB ports work for slow charging but are not USB-C or high current outputs so they're only good for slow charging over night. Tested in Australia. Definitely returning this after my trip

Compact to travel with and it worked perfect to charge an iPhone, iPods and to charge my laptop.

This was the best item in my luggage. It worked will all the sockets in the rooms in Ghana and I was able to go from Adapter to converter when needed. I'd definitely purchase again.

Put me in a bad situation not being able to charge and then having to buy a charge in europe. Also heavy so falls out of socket at times. By time I got back from Trip after 14 days would only give store credit not refund. Nope.

Went to Best Buy to buy it super last minute (the day I left) because I realized I lost my old one I got off Amazon. It works well. I think the bad reviews are people not knowing how to use it. There’s an adapter mode and a converter mode. I used the converter mode for my curling iron. My old one used to buzz a lot when I was in converter mode and this one was silent. Very pleased!

Just the right size

One negative is it gets warm when it's plugged in for a period of time. I don't recommend leaving it plugged in if you're not using it. I used it for my phone & my computer.
