The adapter and converter worked as advertised. However, the it would not plug into a lamp outlet due to the shape of the lamp and had to use a different product.

This adapter and converter has worked wonderfully throughout my travels in Europe. The only slight issue I found is that it didn’t fit correctly in some outlets in England, but that’s only in certain ones. For everything else it has been perfect and I love the two addition USB ports. I’d say the price is a little high, but it’s of high quality, durable, and sure to last for many years.

Great for travel to use as an adapter to change to correct voltage.

Purchased for a trip overseas next year. Checked all the individual electrical plug connectors to be sure all pull out to use and have the correct ones needed for my trip. UK, and Europe plus Norway.

The converter was rated at 2000W. We used it to power a 1500W coffee maker. The unit got warm, even when not under load. Our Keurig crapped out after a few days. Still wondering if the converter was the problem.

I purchased for a c-pap machine. However it is only rated for 10 minutes of use. Other than this limitation. It is a solid unit.

Only the adapter side worked for charging my phone. It did not work for my laptop. I tried using it on both converter/adapter and the laptop would not charge.

This converter/ adapter is nice. Not the best in some plug in applications due to the weight. Some minor upgrades to help hold the device in would be greatly appreciated. Overall a nice item to make sure you don't have to buy nee when you get home.

Look for another converter option. This puts too much weight on the plugs and can easily come dislodged. Has some power sustainment issues between the adapter and converter feature. Not worth the money.

Works perfectly. Used for trip to Egypt and UK. The only thing I didn't like was how big and bulky it was. Once plugged in I had to brace the bottom to prevent from falling out of outlet.

The product itself performed poorly and only the USB ports could be used. The plug portion went in and out such that anything plugged into it would only intermittently flash to show that it was charging and then go dark (to show that it was NOT charging). It was a $50 purchase I regret making and was accompanied by an even worse return policy. I bought it the day before I left on a 2-week trip. I was, of course, unable to try the product before leaving and did not know that it was defective until I was attempting to use the device and/or charge my items (on my trip). And the return policy is what? Two weeks. So Best Buy refused to return or exchange it. I even tried price matching to pay less for the unusable item-- nope!

Easy to use, does not overheat. Only complaint is that it is too pricey. Especially if you need to purchase more than one.

Lightweight but very reliable device, solid, and sturdy

working great for Phone charging, Laptop/Mac charging, Protecting during voltage fluctuation time and it seems nice Travel companion

I used it overseas and worked out well but the only issue is that the gadget tends to heat up so quickly roughly after an hour....so you never know what's the worst thing could happen..fire, smoke you never know????
