Not the best in some plug in applications due to the weight. Some minor upgrades to help hold the device in would be greatly appreciated. Overall a nice item to make sure you don't have to buy nee when you get home.

Both failed in about a week into the trip. 0/10 do not recommend.

Doesn't perform as expected-return policy punishes

The plug portion went in and out such that anything plugged into it would only intermittently flash to show that it was charging and then go dark (to show that it was NOT charging). It was a $50 purchase I regret making and was accompanied by an even worse return policy. I bought it the day before I left on a 2-week trip. I was, of course, unable to try the product before leaving and did not know that it was defective until I was attempting to use the device and/or charge my items (on my trip). And the return policy is what? Two weeks. So Best Buy refused to return or exchange it. I even tried price matching to pay less for the unusable item-- nope!

Works most of the time but doesn’t seem to be able to handle a MacBook Pro. I’m unable to charge it in London. Also, it gets extremely hot when used for more than 30 minutes.

Didn't work

I asked for a good converter/adapter and was shown this one. It was a bit pricey, but I thought with all the countries it's supposed to work with, it should be worth the money. I tried using it and it would work for a half second before stopping and eventually just stopped completely. I even tried swtiching between the converter and adapter, thinking that might do something, but no. I looked at some other reviews online and they said that the wattage isn't made for a laptop, and even if it was, it would only charge for ten minutes which does not work for me. I'd return this, but I'm out of the country so I cannot.
