All in one not as expected

Works most of the time but doesn’t seem to be able to handle a MacBook Pro. I’m unable to charge it in London. Also, it gets extremely hot when used for more than 30 minutes.

Converter Has Secret 25W Min. Device Wattage

Although the converter is advertised as an output of "110-120VAC, 2000W Max" on the package, we found that the converter did not work with a low wattage device (white noise machine). Upon reading the manual, surely enough, there is fine print indicating that for devices "0-25W: Your device is not compatible. Do NOT use this converter with your device." This is an important limitation that is not discussed on the package or the online listing that severely limits the usefulness of this device as a converter. Even with a high wattage device (hair flat iron), it was very finnicky. As an adapter this seems fine, but this is a very poor converter. I do NOT recommend it.

Stopped working after 1st use.

Plugged my laptop in the next day and the power immediately started cycling on and off faster then every second. Tried it with my phone again and did the same. Thought it was going to kill my laptop and phone. Had to get a different adapter for the rest of my trip and hold on to this piece of junk so I could return it when I got back.

Didn't work

I asked for a good converter/adapter and was shown this one. It was a bit pricey, but I thought with all the countries it's supposed to work with, it should be worth the money. I tried using it and it would work for a half second before stopping and eventually just stopped completely. I even tried swtiching between the converter and adapter, thinking that might do something, but no. I looked at some other reviews online and they said that the wattage isn't made for a laptop, and even if it was, it would only charge for ten minutes which does not work for me. I'd return this, but I'm out of the country so I cannot.

Very convience this with the USB’s. Had a travel smart one before, this far surpasses that one. Only draw back is that it is large but not unmanageable.

Great converter for travel

It was great to have the USB ports to charges phones and watches! The retractable plug was really great because many of the outlets are inset. It was also convenient not to have to carry a bunch of attachments around afraid of losing them. The all-in-one feature is highly recommended!
