Returned converter for adapter was what was actually needed ! Item to be used in the UK starting next Thursday.

Device worked just as expected, had no issues with it.

I bought this to use in Switzerland. It was great to have the USB ports to charges phones and watches! The retractable plug was really great because many of the outlets are inset. It was also convenient not to have to carry a bunch of attachments around afraid of losing them. The all-in-one feature is highly recommended!

This is not a very powerful charger and too too heavy to stay plugged in without support.

It was not easy to use like the one had from another company at the airport.

This only worked the first day then it would just flash in and off I wouldn’t recommend this product

I purchased for upcoming trip. In comparison to other similar units, the price was reasonable and it included USB ports. I cannot bestow 5 stars at this time, as I have not had the opportunity to use it yet.

First use was to charge my phone overnight and it worked fine. Plugged my laptop in the next day and the power immediately started cycling on and off faster then every second. Tried it with my phone again and did the same. Thought it was going to kill my laptop and phone. Had to get a different adapter for the rest of my trip and hold on to this piece of junk so I could return it when I got back.

Haven't traveled to use it yet. Need a NA category for this question.

Purchased this last minute. Works great no issues easy to understand. Very convience this with the USB’s. Had a travel smart one before, this far surpasses that one. Only draw back is that it is large but not unmanageable.

A dynomite "must have" device if you travel abroad. The price is RIGHT!

This device was able to support cell phone charging, but it was unable to charge my laptop.

Probably good in a pinch, but outlets outside the US are shaped in a way that this adaptor is not suited for, even though the prongs are the correct shape. Better off looking for a product specific to the country to which you're traveling.

Travelled to Europe and used it each day with no problems!

I wasn't too sure about this product because of its low wattage conversion. On my last trip to Ireland, I found this item very helpful. While I didn't use the converter, I did use the adapter a lot. While other friends on the trip used just common adapters, theirs actually failed or burned up. I used this adapter when hotels didn't have USB port which was often. Not once did this item failed and all our devices charged fully and quickly.

I purchased this for a Mediterranean cruise and am glad I did. The small size made it not take up space in my luggage. It was a handy adapter/converter as I moved from cruise ship to land bound hotel space and still did a job. I highly recommend this.

Bought two of these adapter/converters for a 10-day trip to France. Both of them failed, one after just one use and the other after 2 uses. My travel companions and I had to share two adapters (different brand) between the 4 of us and charge our phones in the rental car. I wish I hadn't bought these - in fact I took the same model adapter with me 2 years ago on a cruise and it failed on that trip, too. I fogured it was a fluke, but shame on me for buying it again. I just hope Best Buy will accept them as a return, I want my $70 back!

I bought this converter for an extended overseas trip. The accompanying instructions were inadequate. Its size limited where I could plug it in. Within several days of use it smoked and ceased to work. I was out of the country during the stores very short return period. The store gave me absolutely no satisfaction for a return or replacement. When I bought it, it was highly recommended by the salesperson in store. I trust Best Buy as a very good local store. This one let me down. I wish I’d read the reviews prior to purchase.
