The accompanying instructions were inadequate. Its size limited where I could plug it in. Within several days of use it smoked and ceased to work. I was out of the country during the stores very short return period. The store gave me absolutely no satisfaction for a return or replacement. When I bought it, it was highly recommended by the salesperson in store. I trust Best Buy as a very good local store. This one let me down. I wish I’d read the reviews prior to purchase.

To say nothing of their three-prong receptacles and a mania for grounding absolutely everything! Works well and simple to operate.
