Good for international travel - but too bulky

This has many features along with usb. Its too bulky though. But when i needed to use, it was the best product i could not survive without.

Reason being, a step-up converter is needed in addition to this product. I was referred to Best Buy by another retailer, but neither mentioned the need for a converter. It is not funny, but all three retailers appeared NOT to have adequate knowledge regarding the functionality of the items needed to operate a 220V microwave in a 110V system. Four different speciality businesses, in electrical operation, could or would not provide the technical “know how”. Oh my!
