This car charger is great. Extremely fast charging and with an extra USB to charge another device the same time

Save yourself the trouble and headache of purchasing this charger, as is does not work on the new iPhone X’s max. I have used this particular charger for years and years on other iPhones and have absolutely loved it as it was always well constructed and very durable, while giving you a high output and wattage charge. However for the new iPhone X’s max this charger does not work, you can plug charger into phone and it makes the chime that it is plugged in, it begins to charge for about 3 seconds and then quits, and them continues to do this over and over and over leaving you to continually hearing the charge chime as if you just plugged phone in. It’s like the charger is dying because there is a secondary usb on the charger where it allows you to charge a second item, well it is lit up with a blue back light letting you know it’s powered up, anyways every 3 seconds when the charger fails the blue like goes out also as if the device is powering down. I returned this item 4 times and tried everyone they had sitting on the shelf of this exact same model with hopes of finding one that worked as it really did like the older ones, but after 4 attempts none of them would charge the phone. I even thought well maybe by some strange coincidence it’s my vehicle, I tried all 4 of these chargers in another vehicle and it continues to do the same thing over and over. It’s like the charger is too small and can not handle the load of the phone which is causing it to power itself down over and over again. I do however have a old charger of this exact model which is about 5 years old otherwise the exact same charger and it has no problem at all charging phone, somewhere along the line insignia must have made some changes to there products causing newer products to become far less reliable than the older products.

This car adapter is the bomb! Buying cables is like buying used furniture. You really don't know what you've gotten until you put it into use. Excellent quality, great price!

Bought the product for my college student son, who relies on the phone for competitive sports officiating (referee) communications, college Resident Assistant responsibilities and extensive personal use. Son uses iPhone frequently throughout the day and night and says the charger works "very well."

Got my car charger #model:NS-PA555 May 10,2019 it worked great. I was very Happy with my car charger. But on September 26, 2019 it just stop working I thought it was my phone I checked my phone it’s great, I thought it was my car charger dock that was checked and it is working fine so I plug the charger into another carport and it is still not working. I am about to return it to Best Buy I’m hoping that I will have favor with Management and I will be able to exchange it for a new one thank you. Then I can give a 5/Stars. Best Buy is one of my Favorite Stores for Gadgets.

iPhone seven has very good camera picture is clear.It is easy to hear and talk on. Love our IPhones.

The cord still charges, but the cord has torn away from the base of the plug.

I didn’t notice until I got in my car that it has another USB outlet for the 2nd iphone charger... it is so convenient to have. The charger has the blue light indicator also. I can’t complain, it’s a perfect purchase. So far so good. I’m very satisfied and happy with my purchase. Yes, I highly recommend this item.

I bought two of these--one for me and one for my fiancé--to have in each of our cars so we can both charge our iPhones at the same time. If charging two phones simultaneously (one through the Insignia cable, and the other through the USB port), it still manages to charge just as quickly as the one charging directly to the Insignia cable. Overall, super satisfied whenever I use this vehicle charger to give my phone some juice!

This charger is durable and charges very fast. I've had chargers that went bad after I left them in the car for a few weeks. This one has shown no signs of wear or tear. It not only charges my iPhone, it also has a USB port to place a charger and charge another phone. Great charger!!

This charger was priced right and works great. Dual device charging is a must for convenience and harmony in the car! Also we’ve used the second port for an aux cord. Good quality and fair price.

I bought this charger about 3 weeks ago. I mostly picked it because of the coiled cord, as I've had regular cords get caught in the seat tracks when not being used. I looked at another brand with a coiled cord, but it did not have the extra USB port in the top like this one does. The charging time is as good or slightly better than other chargers I've used. The cord feels to be very sturdy, and the transition from the cord to the lightning connector looks like it will be reliable. When my wife saw it she asked why I bought that type of charger, but we switched vehicles one day last week and she now wants one for her car :)
