    I wish i could write something positive about this charger, and i'm really sorry to write that i can't. I have had others Non-Apple Chargers and for a lack of not paying an extortion amount of money for an Apple Charger of $ 40.00, That being said, i don't want others to get stuck with a useless item. Yes it will work a couple of times in the beginning , i bought this charger only a couple of days ago, and already i'm having a hard time charging up my I-Pad Air. I now have to force the charging on my I-Pad far too offen, Please don't buy it, Please Don't Thank You

    This power cord was utilized for a vehicle and plugged into a USB adapter in the center driver's phone storage area. It was used each day for barely 2 weeks before problems arose with charging and connectivity to the vehicle's entertainment system. It finally gave out shortly thereafter, with rapidly changing connectivity (connected or not connected) within a second. I would not recommend this product, as you get what you pay for with this brand.

    Does NOT work with Apple CarPlay

    I bought this extra Lightening to USB cord to connect my phone to the Apple CarPlay in my new 2017 Subaru Impreza. While this cord does allow for iPhone charging it does NOT support the Apple CarPlay app. It starts and then drops it. The cord provided with the iPhone works just fine, but I wanted an extra one to keep in the car. Very disappointing. I will be returning it as this was the purpose for the purchase.

    After discussing with a best buy associate and showign m android phone the associate brought me to this item saying it will work fine. Upon opening the product and attempting to connect i learned this is for iphone products. At least customer service offered to replace the item for the correct cord and forgave the difference in price. I was surprised its the only apple product that is cheaper than an android product

    Purchased to transfer photos from wife's iPhone 6 to PC. Cable would only work as charging cable. In description, both charging AND data sync were listed as functions. Another example of why I will NEVER buy an APPLE product. Entirely too proprietary and no ability to expand. Android is the better way.

    The Apple lightning connector end of the cables purchased were not made to specification. It is too small and does not fit properly into an iPhone 7. This causes the connector to move inside the iPhone causing whatever you connect to it to connect and disconnect. Purchased three of these and they all do not fit properly.

    I bought this because I needed a lightning cord in my truck. Would only be used a few times for emergencies. It worked ONCE. Really. One time. I used it to charge. Next day, plugged the phone back in, and it didn't work. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Ever.

    If you can wait several hours for your phone to charge, then this could work for you, but for me...no way ! It took 5 minutes to charge my iphone just 1% ! So if your iphone goes dead, don't expect to get 10% charged for about an hour. I should have read the low reviews on this product, not just the good reviews.

    Worked for 2 days and quit. I bought this the day I was leaving for vacation and it quit the 2nd day. I had to borrow a charger for 8 days until I made it back home. Extremely disappointed with his product

    Great Deal of the Day price. I have purchased many deals of the day and have been very pleased. This one lasted less than 3 weeks and stopped charging. Switched back to an Apple cord and everything is good. Do not purchase this cord...,waste of money and time.

    My teenage daughter used these cables exclusively with her portable charger for her iphone 6s. The first one stopped working after 2 weeks. The 2nd one lasted a little longer, but not long enough for me- 2 months! These cables cannot stand up to the constant use of a teenager. Very disappointed!

    This was a TERRIBLE charge cable. It isn't Apple certified, and my phone even tells me that it won't work properly because it isn't certified. Would only work 5% of the time, and when it did it charged SLOWLY. Will NEVER buy Insignia products for my iPhone 6 ever again!

    Just recently bought this charger and it took no less than 48 hours before it stopped working. Handled it really carefully and everything since I bought it and just randomly stopped working. Careful purchasing this.

    I repurchased these because the first ones did really well. This particular one connects to my phone then disconnects after about 10minutes. I want to return it but it doesn’t even seem like it’s worth my time.

    I bought two of these cables and they both had very short life spans. I have purchased many other cables which have lasted a long time. My best purchases with the highest quality and are still in great condition and like new were from Amazon.

    Bought 3 to power up various iPhones and iPads. Didn't open the packages right away so I wasn't able to return once I discovered they didn't work. 2 worked off and on for about a week and the 3rd didn't work straight out of the package.

    I bought two of these about 6 months ago and both no longer work correctly. It slowly charges my wireless devices while the Apple charges it much quicker. I usually read reviews prior to purchase but didn't think a charger could perform so poorly.

    Just bought this iPhone charger and it doesn't work. It's only been several days and we're not sure why it's not functioning. Has good strength and all, Maybe I just got a defective one? I'm within the 14 day period I will take it back today.

    I would not have given any stars if that was an option because they do not charge any of our apple products! From our iPhone 5&6 to our IPod or iPad. I bought 3 packs so not happy times 6! It stay that it's not compatible and it won't charge.
