    Hello, Although this is a great charger, I see that it doesn't charge right away. I have to play with it a little bit and then it'll start to charge. no big deal.

    Overall very good item. Had the adapter I needed to get my laptop back up and running. Also has many other adapters so I was able to charge things I haven't used in awhile.

    Unfortunately it didn't have the tip I needed in the set, but it did state they would send one that fit correctly. Haven't done it yet. The set looks to be of good quality.

    Granddaughter lost her charger and had a project due for school. I took the chrome book with me and they immediately knew what I needed. They advised there were several to choose if I wanted to order one but time was of the essence. Thanks so much

    when you only need one plug. My wife's Acer Aspire power cord frayed and needed to be replaced. It would be nice if that particular flavor of power cord and plug was available, but no... You need to buy a kit. Now, this time around, the cord needed to be replaced, so it's not a complete waste of money to get the kit, but if you only need the adapter that plugs into the power cord and connects with your device, you're paying for a transformer and a handful of adapters you don't need.

    The battery charger works great but like most other chargers needs to be replaced annually. Capable with the Chromebook.

    I went to Best Buy to find a replacement charger for my Chrome laptop. Of course, Best Buy had exactly what I needed. The customer service tech even showed me, the different charging adapters that were included with the charger. Good job
