Most charger kits come with only 1 battery some with none. This one has two. This one is designed to match your Xbox One S and look like it is actually part of the console. I tested these batteries extensively by having a 24 hour gaming session and the batteries lasted the entire 24 hours of non stop use. I do suggest charging one while you are using the other. Also if you have multiple controllers buy a spare battery per controller so you will always have a fully charged battery pack ready to go.. Over all a very solid purchase.

The Insignia Battery Charging station for Xbox One S is the best $20 I think I ever spent! My kids are on their Xbox(s) constantly and we were going through over $20 a week in regular AA batteries. I stumbled across this at Best Buy and decided to try it out... after 2 days I knew that it was the best investment EVER!!!!! The station plugs directly into the USB port on the front of the Xbox, and has another USB port built into is, so you don’t lose that port! I comes with two rechargable batteries, so you always have one charging and one to play with. The charge in these batteries lasts for a few DAYS! It’s amazing! I went out and bought two more for my other kids Xbox’s and am planning on getting one for my husbands Xbox One X too! Highly recommend!

Every Xbox console gamer needs this!!! Whenever my controllers would be low on battery, I'd have to plug them into the console to charge and the cable is only 3 ft long. Not far enough to sit back on the couch to continue to play. This little gadget plugs into the side of your console and charges two batteries at once, even when the console is not on. There is a light for each battery to let you know if it's charging (orange) and fully charged (white). There is also a USB port so that you could charge another item. Very user friendly. Now I never have to stop playing a game when my controller battery is low!

I had the older version that I had to plug into the back of my Xbox One S. Reaching around the back for my batteries wasn’t a huge deal, but grabbing them from the front is nice. The design blends seamlessly with the white Xbox One S. This is a very reasonable alternative to buying disposable batteries.

This Xbox 1S charge station is an update to the previous model, which was made for the launch Xbox 1. Unlike a controller charging stand, the station takes up no space and you don't have to run a power cord. This unit works better for me since I always have the chat headset attached. It does use the front USB port but the station has a pass through USB input. There is a locking mechanism in the back that latches to the holes on the side of the Xbox, but it wasn't very strong at keeping it in. It's not even necessary. This is a clean and chic solution to charging your controllers.

Got tired of constantly having to plug in cable to charge the battery, I only had one battery and no other charging device. Got this for 20 bucks, great deal. It does seem like these batteries die faster than Microsoft brand ones but it's not an issue as I always have one in the charger ready to go. I only have one controller so if you have a buddy over using an additional controller then that could be an issue. Note that this only charges the Insignia style batteries and this model is only for One S (but there is a $20 black model for the One X). Indicator lights are nice. I really like how it attaches to the console and makes it look like it's part of the design. Overall, very satisfied and highly recommend.

I got this for my son and I had the 1 for the xbox one and it worked great and now this one works just as good. Great battery life and it is easy to swap batteries when it dies plus nice tight fit in the controle.

I like how this charging station is small and fits right on the side of the Xbox. It’s not bulky or separate and it doesn’t need much space. It also works with my stand so I can still keep my Xbox vertical.

Fits perfectly with my Xbox One S and looks great. I know these are NiMH rechargeable batteries (and they will eventually deteriorate) but currently each battery lasts me 3 weeks with daily play (2 hours/day).

Battery packs Work with Xbox one and Xbox Series X/S controllers!!! But as for the charging station itself, it is only compatible with xbox one s.

My son was going through batteries like crazy, so I bought him these rechargeable battery packs that attach to the Xbox itself and they were perfect. Save yourself money and buy this set over AA’s.

Sticks to your xbox one s perfectly. I can easily switch out batteries and recharge them. Only works with the batteries that it comes with.

If you have kids that play the Xbox all the time, you will want to invest in this product. Two months now and they are still going strong. The little included dock fits securely in the side of the Xbox through the USB port and locks in place. The batteries will light up orange while charging and turn white when fully charged. I find myself pulling the battery out slightly when charged by forced of habit. This little gadget has saved me a ton of money on AA's and I recommend this to anyone looking for the same.

I was looking for a budget xbox charger to beat the lockdown. Have been gaming a lot and did not want to end up spending a bunch. I was delighted with the price point. The fit is snug and works with original controllers. Best thing is the USB port is not blocked when I plugin the charger. I can still use the open USB port on the charger itself.

I don't know how I ever went years just using disposable batteries instead of this! The batteries charge fast and the Xbox doesn't even have to be on! They last a good while too. Simple and easy to use and install! Great product, Insignia! Plus it comes with TWO batteries for $20!

Great price, and charges the included, OEM, and non-OEM batteries that we already had. It installed easily and charges perfectly, and the best part is that I don’t have to find some place to store an awkward, barely functional dock like I did before. Well worth the money, would buy again.

After looking at several rechargeable battery options I chose this. It fits onto my console like it was always there. Takes up little extra space and charges quickly. Batteries insert and eject easily and the indicator light is perfect. Priced better than several other bulkier and unstable options.
