Depending on who you ask, some people use these desk items to rest their wrists on. Based on what I’ve learned and experienced, people like me need to avoid this and instead rest the heal of my palm. For pointing device I use either a vertical mouse or a Magic Trackpad depending on the task. So far this has reduced pain and discomfort. It actually lets me use my pinky and index fingers when I position my hand vertically with the Trackpad. I have a confirmed diagnosis of mild carpel tunnel. They height is fine for me.

I have never seen a bean bag style wrist rest before and I am very happy I found it! I would have given it 5 stars, but I would like it to have a little more filer as I find myself squishing it to one side to support my wrist better. It has greatly helped with the pain I was feeling in my wrist and I love that it is a bean bag style instead of the harder foam in other ones I've tried that don't conform to my needs.

Think of lots of small beads encased in a soft fabric that provides plenty cushion for wrist support. It works well and it is inexpensive. Glad I got it!

Bean bag wrist pad. Works for resting your wrists. Works pretty good. Not uncomfortable. Too bad it wasn't gel but hey I didn't buy gel. Beanie pad for the win.

I have tried a ton of what seems like all of the products that are made for carpal tunnel for relief. Sitting at a desk typing made my CP worse every day, so I decided to try something different. I grabbed these and they worked great. The only con to them are that they slide all around the suface they are on. I wish they would stay in on one spot, because it gets aggravating chasing them around. Butnas on overall, it does what I need it to do and that's the name of the game.

My boyfriend loves these. He bought two for each wrist while he’s gaming/ typing and says they’re super supportive and comfy.

Nice wrist support and that does help. Great for its price, only downside is it tends to move a lot.

Great wrist support, beads inside with one side of cloth thicker than other so if you feel the beads just flip it over. Great price.

It works well for long work at the computer and is small enough to fit easily on any desk surface. I haven't had it very long but it seems durable enough for the how affordable it is.

This is one of the most comfortable wrist rests I have used. There is an almost velvety material on one side and the rest itself is compact enough to use in a smaller space. I would highly recommend.

This small Bead Cushion has better wrist support than the mouse pads with the built-in wrist support pad molded into the bottom. You can really feel it after a long day at the computer.

I've used many wrist rests from foam pads, gel pads, memory foam ones. This was my first experience with a bean wrist like wrist rest. This has been by far the most comfortable wrist rest I've used. You don't have to worry about the shape being worn out since its mainly contained by beads. Moving your wrist the cushion slightly moves along with you which is great. Using other wrist pads sometime I would find myself lifting my wrist to adjust comfort. Overall in the few days I've owned this it has been great. I'm definitely going to get more of these.

If you have carpel tunnel this is the wrist rest for you! It provides much more even support than other products! It helps my hand to not go numb so often. I think it is great!

So far so good. This helps with the comfort of my wrist during prolonged mouse usage.
