The screen protector seems to be working nicely so far. I was slightly surprised by the fact that the protector does change the screen appearance a bit, but not to an unreasonable degree (it looks like screen now permanently has "Reduce White Point" enabled).

I bought this item to save some money (which backfired because I had to eventually buy the Zagg screen protector) and it was terrible. It emits a strange reflection leaving the screen looking blue and distorted. It is not clear and very annoying in the sun.
