Works as expected. Does not include a driver disk. The expectation is windows will auto recognize and install appropriate driver. Windows failed to install the correct driver. Did some searching and found the correct driver from the chipset manufacturer.

I needed a way to add bluetooth to my desktop computer so that I can use wireless headphones. I have the dongle in a weighted base that sits on my desk. It works flawlessly with my Bose headphones.

It was hard to find a decent price on one of these and I was suspicious at the quality based on the reasonable price. However come of this works great and I'm happy with the purchase.

This bluetooth adapter works flawless in my Win 10 Dell desktop - it allows me to connect a controller to play videogames with. I also tried to sync it to my phone and it worked fine. Great bt adapter for a great price.

Slick - just plugged it in and within a few seconds Windows had recognized it and installed the drivers. I had my headphones connected less than 30 seconds later. Great solution for my older laptop that didn't have BT capability.

I wanted to add Bluetooth to my computer and figured this was a cheap solution if it worked. It worked! Was fast and easy to install. Bluetooth setup was a snap and it works flawlessly.

What can I say about this little baby. It's a simple bluetooth adapter that pairs all my devices to my PC, including my new Note 20 UItra. Simple, efficient, and very discreet.

Love this product. Computer didn't come with bluetooth and I didnt want to have to wire everything to it. You have to have it in an open area..aka not the back of your computer the signal won't be as strong.

i have two of these and they have been good so far. once i got them set up in windows my computer automatically connects to my speakers, which is why i bought these. Once, however, there was an issue with one of them having to be reinserted a couple of times to get it working again. that may or may not be a computer issue, but who is to say.

Great way to add Bluetooth functionality to a desktop that didn't have it built in. Installation is not as easy as I would have hoped. However, after different methods I was able to get it work. The driver would not load properly. After trying to find a driver that would work to download off the internet I decided to do a windows update. When I did this I also included non Microsoft product updates as well as the latest updates to Windows 10. This helped it find the driver and install it properly. It's working like a charm now. However, installation was not simply "plug and play."

My son's computer wasn't bluetooth enabled so we purchased this item to connect to his headset and controller for his gaming PC. It is perfect! Great purchase or a great price.

I got this for my HP laptop because it didn't have Bluetooth and I recently bought some Bluetooth headphones, it was very affordable and easy to use with my computer. It works great so far to transfer files and to listen to my head phones.

Some drivers were required and did not immediately auto-install on my copy of Windows 10, but it was very easy to troubleshoot and begin using it. This was a very easy way of getting Bluetooth support on a desktop PC without having to install a card to the motherboard.

I needed to add Bluetooth (version 4.0) capability to my desktop for mixed reality function. It works well. I am using it to pair an Xbox 1 controller, and it works fine even though the floor person said it wouldn't.

Not the cheapest of this sort of adapter, but one compatible with non-windows systems. I bought mine to work with a Linux setup and it works perfectly there, even with bluetooth gaming controllers.

Bought this because I wanted to use a Switch Pro Controller to play my PC games, and it works great. I also use it to pair to a Bluetooth speaker, and earbuds, as well as my phone. Haven't had any issues with it yet.

Works like a charm! My desktop didn't come with bluetooth built in so to be able to use my XBox controler without a cord I needed to add bluetooth. Plugged this in and, no sotware needed, it works!
