I got this for my HP laptop because it didn't have Bluetooth and I recently bought some Bluetooth headphones, it was very affordable and easy to use with my computer. It works great so far to transfer files and to listen to my head phones.

bit of a pain to install drivers but once i got it, it worked no issues. FYI, choose the ASUS driver already identified on your PC. the insignia driver wouldnt work with my pc.

Works like a charm! My desktop didn't come with bluetooth built in so to be able to use my XBox controler without a cord I needed to add bluetooth. Plugged this in and, no sotware needed, it works!

I needed to add Bluetooth (version 4.0) capability to my desktop for mixed reality function. It works well. I am using it to pair an Xbox 1 controller, and it works fine even though the floor person said it wouldn't.

Bought this because I wanted to use a Switch Pro Controller to play my PC games, and it works great. I also use it to pair to a Bluetooth speaker, and earbuds, as well as my phone. Haven't had any issues with it yet.

Works as advertised. I bought this device to use wireless speakers for my desktop PC that doesn’t have Bluetooth capability. I would give this a 5 star rating but sometimes the connection drops and I need to toggle the device on/off through windows setting or reboot to fix it. I haven’t narrowed down what causes the issue.

I have a older model PC and I needed the bluetooth feature in order to play music from my PC to my Echo Studio. It was super easy to install and works like a charm.

My crap old laptop doesn't have built in bluetooth, so I bought this to give it bluetooth capabilities, and it works well. I haven't had any issues, it's plug and play.

Bought this a 2nd time as I have one already. Use it for pc for my aftershokz headset. Works great, dont have any connection issues, no drivers to install, it just works.

I wanted to add Bluetooth connectivity to my desktop so I could game with a controller. The package does not come with drivers and the website does not provide them either, just the user guide. I spent 3 hours trying to find drivers and downloaded a bunch of software that's supposed to help but had no such luck. I tried it on my laptop which already has Bluetooth and it installed instantly. The range on this unit is terrible. Anything more than 4 feet away will cause a lag in signal making it useless for even simple picture or small file transfers. It's a great price and I can see why.

I needed a way to connect BT devices to a computer without that built in. It was a little bit of trouble getting the drivers running, but it has worked fine since overcoming that little speed bump.

As some of you have stated that your device is not working, there are some steps that I took to get mine working. This dongle is advertised as "plug and play", which frustratingly was not the case. I plugged it in several times and checked device manager and had it failing or not recognized as just a USB device with a caution symbol over it. **WHAT TO DO** So what I did is pretty standard for us PC users. Check for updates using the Windows Update tool by going to Start, settings, Update & Security, and click on "Check for Updates". Now, in some cases it might download the drivers automatically but it didn't in my case. Right under "Check for Updates" I saw an option "View Optional Updates". Click on it and make sure you click on "Driver Updates" and checkmark the Bluetooth option and simply click on "Download and Install". Your device will now work as the Bluetooth symbol will pop up on the icon tray.

It works perfectly, now that it is installed. The instructions for installation, however, did not reflect reality. In order to make it work, I had to email customer service, who sent me a new set of instructions that let me install with no trouble.

It couldn't have been simpler to install Bluetooth on my PC. I just plugged it in! The original driver on my Origin computer became unresponsive after a few days of using a Bluetooth mouse. After several attempts with tech-support and Internet research, I was unable to get it working again. Thus, I bought the product listed above, plugged the tiny adapter into an empty USB port on my PC and behold, my Bluetooth device worked fine. First time every time. It may have been that a trip to the Bluetooth pane in the settings was unnessary perhaps, because it was already set up with the previous driver.

Bought this Bluetooth adapter for my older computer that doesn’t have Bluetooth. Set up was easy. Nice to be able to listen to music on my computer with my wireless earbuds!

its good you just need to have it on the same elevation to keep a good signal fore head phones my CPU is on the floor had to use a USB extension cord to raise it up higher
