Windows 10 detected and loaded drivers with no fuss. Headset and the adapter found each other easily enough. Very small profile so it doesnt stick out that far.

It was easy to install and worked perfectly. I can now use a Bluetooth keyboard with my desktop. I have had for a while now and there have been no issues.

Does not work with windows 7 even though the listing currently says it is compatible. The product spec sheet in the box indicate that it is not compatible with windows 7 and other reviewers point out the same thing. I Started a ticket with best buy to get the product listing fixed and remove the windows 7 compatibility (4/11/20). Tried it on a windows 10 computer and it does what it is meant to do, easy plug and play. Just frustrated because it doesn't work for the application that I need it for.

Purchased to provide Bluetooth on an older desktop so I could use headset. No problems with installation and drivers automatically installed on Windows 10.

Very easy to use and works great. Very easy to setup. Recently installed on a newer computer that did come with Bluetooth and it works great.

Bought this to convert a relatively new Celeron to bluetooth capable. turns out it is compatible with the Pentium but not Celeron. Not clearly stated on the packing. Worked with a mobile Pentium but not the one I wanted it for so had to return.

a year in and woks 100% perfectly, I use it for my PC in the next room, close room though one wall only. So I do not know the strength parameters.

Purchased this to link my Xbox One S controller to my custom gaming pc that doesn't have Bluetooth natively. Put it in, software updated itself, told windows to find the controller and bam...Forza 4 Horizon on the PC UltraWide HD @ 75 fps.

It don't come with any thing so you have to download the drivers your self and trust me you do need the drivers, my computer kept rebooting every time I disconnect my Bluetooth speaker, but than I downloaded the driver and it stoped other than that it works great

gave it to a friend whose pc did not have bluetooth. This works fine.Tried a cheap one not purchased from best buy that would not work, but this is perfrct.

So, I'm not as happy with this product as I would like to be. It works as advertised. It allows you to pair bluetooth devices to your PC that doesn't have integrated bluetooth. My issue, and the reason for the 3 stars, is that it's range is not the best. I was using it to pair an xbox controller, and if it lost line of sight to the adapter, it would sometimes disconnect. I was unable to leave it plugged into the back, and had to plug it into the front. It works, but it's range is not the best. I have a feeling that this is common for something so small.

This was so simple. Plug and play for real. It worked on my Amazon Bluetooth dame controller, my phones, the neighbors laptop too.

Once plugged in, it set itself up and appeared in the bottom corner. My headset worked in it immediately and no issues since purchase.

Works good but a little tough install. Need to go online to get driver info but needed the USB to go online. had to use another computer to download to a usb then usb and then install.

It can connect my computer to Bluetooth. Yipee. Anyway, it's good overall and recommended for those computers that have many usb but no Bluetooth. I would like to see a BT/WIFI adapter sometime, but that's pushing the limit I thinks.

Just plain works under Fedora Linux 29; no issues whatsoever. Under Windows 10 Pro, I have to re-pair it it my car's head unit every time I reboot the computer. Using it with a notebook computer as a music source in my Uber vehicle.

My son needed a bluetooth adapter for his computer and this fit the bill perfectly. Plug and play. Works perfectly! Was waaay cheaper than Office Depot!

I often have to reconnect the receiver for some of my devices to connect. When it works, it's functional, but doesn't have great range for bluetooth gaming controllers and stuff.

This is an easy to use adapter that can connect many devices at once. The connection is reliable as long as you are within range, which I wish was a little longer. For most people though I dont think it will be a problem.

I was able to plug and play this device with my Ubuntu 20.04 system. The box says "Windows Only" so I wanted to share that I was able to get it working on my version of Linux too. Fit and form were as expected for USB dongle.
