I could not get it to install into a Windows 10 USB 2.0 port no matter what instructions I followed or what drivers I loaded. Then I plugged it into a USB 3.0 port, and it just installed itself. It seems to work, my new Wacom Intuous tablet (very cool) operates as intended. As a bonus, after the Windows install it registered OK in Ubuntu Linux. Do not buy this if you do not have Windows 10 and a USB 3.0+ port that you are willing to dedicate to it.

Great bluetooth adapter

The pc still runs though and I bought this adapter to upgrade it's capabilities. Works great with easy setup. Basically just plug it in and it's automatic on a windows pc. No issues on Windows 10 or 11.

But when the internal build fails or gets old, you need something easy to get connectivity back ad this fits the bill. Plugged right into my Win 10 system and loaded up the drivers itself. Hasn't skipped a beat since then. Much easier than getting a multi-function card (if you can find one of those even) and replacing parts.

Not it won't work! Please update firmware to allow chemical spills (I had to google how to get it to work with windows 10, but it does I swear)
