Great bluetooth usb adapter.

Just plugged it in and windows 10 setup the drivers, and all. If you don't know to connect your device, then you'll have to look it up online though, because there isn't any detailed instruction that come with the adapter. Stays connected better than the original usb dongle that came with the headphones.

If your laptop does not have bluetooth...

Never lose connectivity

Great but sometimes doesn’t work well

Good but may need to install driver first

Using it on window 10. I had to install this link first to make it work https://oemdrivers.com/bluetooth-insignia-ns-pcy5bma2 So far picks up my devices.
