1. Design and Build Quality: • Straight out of the box this seems like any other mouse but you quickly notice some little differences. It’s lightweight and has a large footprint with a lot of contact area which allows it to glide effortlessly over any surface – works well on my desk, countertops, my leg, even the couch. It picks up and works well on everything. The overall build quality seems great as well. Lightweight but solid, feels very sturdy. 2. Ergonomics: • This mouse is of course “ergonomic” and as such carries with it a bit of an odd contour if you’re used to a traditional mouse. Seems a little tall off the desk causing your hand to sit higher and require more wrist extension. The top of the mouse is also rotated 45 degrees clockwise in the coronal plane. While this feels ok navigating around, it took some getting used to when clicking, especially clicking a lot like gaming or active web browsing. The shape of this mouse requires you to squeeze your thumb and fingers together, it’s not just a downward press against your desktop to click – again, just my preference and felt weird to me at first but I quickly got used to it. Overall, though, I believe these few details are what make the mouse ergonomic and they ultimately proved to add comfort during prolonged use. 3. Connectivity: Love the Bluetooth connectivity. Connected so easily to my windows PC. It was literally less than one minute for me to open the box, take out the mouse, insert the single AA battery, and then find the mouse in windows settings. The mouse has a class matte mixed glass finish but no flashy lighting so no need for apps or drivers or whatnot. The Bluetooth range is quite good as well. I connect my laptop to the television sometimes and I’ve not been able to go beyond the range of this Bluetooth connection, even from way across the room. 4. Buttons and Scroll Wheel: • The functionality of the buttons is spot on. Bluetooth allows them to be instantly responsive and very smooth without stutter or lag. The have a nice tactile feel, and I really love that these are nearly silent clicks! Very quiet! The scroll wheel is also elegantly smooth and very responsive. There is also a DPI button up top to make adjustments on the fly while active in order to suite whatever you happen to be doing at any given time. 5. Battery Life: • Battery life seems great so far. I’ve been going for a week now with the single AA that came included with the mouse. Haven’t had any hiccups or issues. Not sure how long the mouse will last on each fresh AA but it takes 10 seconds to change out and then back to the action. 6. Compatibility: • This mouse is compatible with various operating systems including Windows, Chrome, Mac, Apple iPadOS, Android. Can be used with basically anything. 7. Price: • Price seems good if not lower than average when compared to others on the market in the same class. Based on this mouse’s features and performance I would rank it up towards the top of value for your money. Only thing you won’t get here is the flashy lighting and programs to customize every button.

It's a nice matte black, responsive, and comfortable. It does take quite a bit of getting used to if you've never used an ergonomic mouse before. I'm still not used it after a few weeks but it does seem that it will eventually be better for my trigger thumb and carpal tunnel. The position my hand sits on the mouse causes no pain - specifically pain in the joints of my thumb. More awkward to get used to is clicking on the buttons since the mouse sits at a uncustomary angle. It’s lightweight but very large and somehow smooth and easy to control. It picks up and works well on everything. The overall build quality seems decent. I haven't had any issues with reliability or it falling apart in the last two weeks of use. I've only used it for clicking around and navigating web pages. I have not used it for gaming. I'm not sure it would make a good gaming mouse considering the ergonomic. Overall, though, I believe these few details are what make the mouse ergonomic and they ultimately proved to add comfort during prolonged use. The mouse only connects via Bluetooth and does not require a dongle. I guess this makes it simpler to connected to a computer and it did connect painlessly to my Windows PC. I took out the mouse, popped in the batteries, turned on Bluetooth on my PC, and just chose the mouse in the Bluetooth settings...done. That was a good experience. The other side of Bluetooth only connectivity is that you can't use it with a KVM switch. You don't have a dongle then there's nothing to plug it into the KVM. The buttons and scroll wheel are responsive and very smooth without stutter or lag. Both of them have a nice tactile feel. They are click but not very loud. There's a DPI button that goes up to 1,600 DPI. You can make real time DPI adjustments. I can't say that the battery life is good but so far so good. I've been using it with my laptop for almost three weeks with the single AA that came included with the mouse and I can't report any issues. I plan on using rechargeable batteries once the current one depletes. Swapping a battery should not be difficult. The mouse is supposed to be compatible with the operating systems: Windows, Chrome, Mac, Apple iPadOS, Android. I used it with a Windows laptop and desktop. The cost seems good and among the lower priced ergonomic mice on the market with this set of features. It makes this a decent mouse at it's price. towards the top of value for your money. Just remember the caveats of no dongle and no customization options or software. I'd recommend if you need a mouse that is advertised for more comfort and only need to connect it to one computer.

Works well. Not the best fit in palm. The ergonomics don’t wax well with my hand.

I've been trying to work with this since receipt, but it drops synch often, and click buttons don't work consistently. I was trying to use for my sole mouse at home where I telework, and also teach online classes. Even though it's probably too late, I'm going to take it into the store to see about a replacement, repair, refund or something. And it's pricey.

Never got to use it because it doesn’t come with a dongle. It has to be connected via Bluetooth. I didn’t want that option so I returned it.

Uncomfortable and too big for proper wrist support. Returned without problem.

Stopped working after a few months. Not a good purchase

The mouse is not what I told the store person what I wanted, so I cannot use it.

I really like the mouse when it works. It seems to freeze and I have to repeatedly turn it off and back on. I have temporarily switched back to my usb mouse for the time being. When the bluetooth mouse works, I like it.

Sometimes Bluetooth connection may not wirk. It also tends to use battery faster than wireless mouse. The only benefit is not to use USB port.

Never got it to pair up with either a built-in bluetooth adapter, or a USB bluetooth adapter. Meanwhile, other bluetooth devices paired up easily.

The quality of this felt great, but I had it for 2 days it fell onto the floor and the buttons stopped working.

Insignia™ - Bluetooth 6-Button Ergonomic Mouse The Insignia™ - Bluetooth 6-Button Ergonomic Mouse is a good ergonomic mouse if you already have Bluetooth on your computer /Laptop. It works well with both Windows 11 and Windows 10 and android devices. The documents state that it will also work with Chrome and Apple OS devices. I only have used the recommended BT5.0 driver (there is a second driver if you have older Bluetooth device) and the connection was quick and reliable. The ergonomics is such that it seems like the mouse is sitting on a skewed edge attached to a wide flat bottom. but it is very comfortable in your hand and during use. The large base and lightness of the mouse makes it quick and easy to use. There DPI settings range from 800 to 1200 to 1600 and can be switched in real time. The mouse retains the setting after being turned off and reacquired on the device. The mouse is powered by 1 AA battery which is included. I have only used it for a week so I can not speak to battery life. This is a six button mouse has good buttons, scroll wheel and 2 thumb buttons, overall use is very good. The optical sensors for tracking are very versatile and I was surprised at the different surfaces the mouse would track on which is great in a tablet or laptop device and you don’t have a normal desktop area available. This doesn’t have any fancy lights or indicators with only and on off switch on the bottom along with the connect push button. The buttons aren’t programmable but this is more of a basic, ergonomic, Bluetooth mouse and it does its job well

Returned it was not very comfortable to work with. It was also more than we wanted to pay.
