It synced to earbuds, but there was no sound until I force audio cable into transmitter with hard force to have a connection.

Car radio will sporadically connect via firework/audio but not consistently. Did connect to a portable speaker and worked well. Of course the speaker has Bluetooth (used a laptop that has not been connected to the speaker).
