I wanted a nice iPad case for my 7-year-old son’s iPad Air M1 (10.9”), but also wanted an Apple Pencil holder to be included. This silicon case felt premium and fit my son’s iPad nice and tight. I liked how this case included a spot in the back for his Apple Pencil which fitted snuggly in place. I noticed that the case did not allow for charging the Apple Pencil while docked, so I had to partially remove the iPad from the case to recharge the pencil. I have previously owned the foam protectors, but feel like the silicone is less likely to harbor bacteria and will be easier to disinfect since it is not as porous. I also notice this silicone case is thinner than the foam ones we have purchased in the past. The case also contained a kickstand made of plastic, but felt sturdy and supported the iPad well. My child normally has his iPad on his lap, but this feature will come in handy on trips. I asked my son about his honest opinion comparing this silicone iPad protector versus his old foam one and he preferred this case. Since this case is easier to disinfect than foam cases, it has a place for his Apple Pencil, and my kids prefers this one over his foam case, I recommend this case.

Without a doubt this case is definitely designed to protect the iPad. I have an iPad Air 11in M2, and this case fits perfectly well, with all the openings for the speakers, mic, camera, and ports matching. It has a strong handle to carry on, and sturdy bumpers on the 4 corners offer an excellent protection. Even if the case is made of a heavy duty silicon, however it is very flexible at the same time, except for the retractable built-in kickstand at the back that is made of plastic. The style is attractive and I love the color blue tone on this one. The combination of silicone and polycarbonate offers also a non-slip grip which is very handy. It includes an extra protection for the lens, that aligned great with my iPad, and a slot at the back to firmly store the apple pencil. You would think that this Bumper Case will be more suitable for children use, but I think it’s for all ages, I really like it and I feel really confident it will protect my iPad very well in case of an unfortunate event.

The Insignia case is made from high-quality silicone, a big upgrade from the foam cases I am used to purchasing. The result allows for a more compact case that still provides exceptional protection for your iPad. My son, who is tough on our iPad and typically goes through two cases per year, immediately noticed the difference when we put this case on. He was impressed by how smooth and comfortable the silicone felt in his hands. The handle offers a secure grip, and the stand effortlessly locks into place. The handle is also really sturdy, which is an issue we’ve had with other cases, as this tends to be the first place cases tear. Although the case is heavier than I anticipated, it makes sense, because it’s genuine silicone. The case also seems adaptable to multiple iPad models, as it has a pop-out cover for camera lenses that aren’t on my iPad model. Overall, we’re very satisfied with this case. My son, who is slightly on the spectrum, and highly sensory-driven, continues to rave about the silicone’s smooth texture. I imagine he will insist we only use silicone cases for our iPads moving forward.

There's alot to think about when you are child proofing your ipad. Does it actually do it's job, does it do it efficiently, is it heavy, is it flexible, is it functional, etc. This guy fits all of the above! Very happy with the purchase. The case itself fits multiple versions of the ipad. The camera socket has a little attachment where you can fit various versions of the ipad, however, has to be a supported 10" model (read the model list). Installing is easy. I have tried some cases where installing and removing is like pulling teeth, I was very worried when I needed to install this. However I am happy to report it is very easy, simply insert one end, and flex/stretch the opposite end, and the material easily stretches back into place. Make sure you adjust the camera socket prior to a full install. The material is very light and durable, able to carry the ipad with a worry it may fall out, or the material will snap. The only thing missing is a screen cover so make sure you add that before putting this on. I highly recommend this over any other childproof case!

Whether its on the sidelines of a football game or in the family room with kids having fun this Bumper Case has you covered. Overall I think this case does a good job and may save you money on repairs from accidents. The entire case is made with a flexible rubber except for the kickstand on the back which is made of plastic. Even the handle is made of this flexible rubber so it will bend under stress without affecting the Ipad. I have several generations of Ipad and Ipad Pro in the house and this case fits them all. My 11” Ipad Pro fits this case tightly with all the ports and openings in perfect alignment. My older Ipad and Ipad pro fit the case but with the older Ipad it wasn’t quite as tight a fit. All the ports were adequately aligned but the lightning port was a tad off center and the Ipad felt a little looser inside the case. Even with this less tight fit I believe this case offers good protection due to the heavy bumpers that line all four sides and corners. The back uses a honeycomb type pattern to protect against impacts to the rear of the case. The kickstand and its supporting leg is made of hard plastic which means its more supportive when extended but I’m not sure how durable it will be. The back has a slot for storing a pencil for your Ipad but the slot only accommodates the pencil. I keep a cover over the nib on my pencil so its too big to fit into the back slot. With all this rubber I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of an odor which was a plus.

I like to take my ipad everywhere I go. It gets rough on my ipad with just a regular case on it. My Grandkids love my ipad as well. I reluctantly let them use it but I am a nervous wreck all the time they have it. I decided to try the Insignia Silicone.Bumper Case with Apple Pencil, Apple Pencil Pro & Insignia Active Stylus Slot for better protection of my Apple Pencil and my iPad. The silicone bumper case is thicker than I expected it to be. The handle is really nice. It protects my ipad much better. I am not convinced it can protect my pencil as well though. The back has a little attachment that can be slit into the opening for the camera. It adapts really well to my ipad camera. This case is for several sizes of Apple iPads as well as iPad Air and iPad Pro. I love the built in kickstand. It is attached nicely and not a cheap attachment. It is well made and perfect for my needs. I rated this cover a 4 star instead of a five because I wish the kickstand would turn so I could view my iPad both horizontally and vertically. It really is a nice protection for my iPad and I am impressed. I have the color blue and it is a very modern shade of blue. It is easy to put the charging cord through the cutout holes in the cover. I think it is perfect for both kids and adults.

Very reliable case. Has been great for keeping my 5 year olds iPad safe. It fits very snug and we haven’t had any accidents yet.

My little kid have taken over my iPad Pro in the past few months and I wanted a case that will protect my tablet from accidental falls. Before I got this case, I was only using the Apple-branded case cover. As you know, it does not offer ultimate protection from falls and my tablet constantly got detached to its case whenever my kid carried it. So I was on the lookout for a silicone case for quite sometime and I narrowed down my choices to the Insignia silicone case mainly due to the price point. Putting my iPad into the case took some energy to push it into the slot. However, as soon as it is in, the silicone case fit like a glove. The front edges have enough thickness that could protect the table when it falls to the ground face down. The back part has a stand but can only set at one angle. I wished it had a couple angle settings so you can view at different angles. Also, the stand if I want to use the iPad in portrait mode, the stand does not rotate so it is not useful. The pen slot in the reat part is a welcome addition and it holds my Apple pen securely. The top handle seems durable and my kid can hold and carry the iPad without any complaints. Overall, this is a good silicone case for its price. It gives the peace of mind that I need whenever my kid uses the iPad.

Great fit for the new I pad and it’s very protective

Fit is great, easy install. The case is for an 11 year old kid who is not super gentle and it’s held up great!

The Insignia Bumper Case for iPad is a great case for kids and fits a variety of different iPad models. This case can be used on the 10.2" iPad, 10.9" iPad 10th gen, 11" iPad Pro, and 10.9 and 11" iPad Air. It includes an Apple Pencil slot, carrying handle, kick stand, and rotatable camera cover to fit the different size cameras on the different iPad models. I only tested this case with the 10.2" 9th gen iPad, but it works extremely well. I appreciate that it is a one-piece case, as opposed to the multi-piece construction that other kid/tough cases tend to have. The case was easy to put in, but also fits snug and secure. The little camera cover is easy to put into place, and for the 10.2" iPad, it suggests using it. It still left some empty space around the camera lens, since I guess the 10.2" Ipad model camera lens is one of the smallest of the supported models of this case. But it still provides enough protection that I am not worried about it. Overall it seems like the case will provide great protection. It claims protection for up to a 1.4m drop, and while I am not going to test that out, I have no trouble believing that it would do well protecting against that kind of a drop. The case still leaves easy access to the charging port and power button, however, I found that the volume buttons are somewhat difficult to access with the case on. One last thing to note is that the handle has more flex than I would have expected. It's more rubbery and I was expecting something more rigid. Overall I am very satisfied with this case and think it will protect the iPad nice for my child. Easy recommendation for anyone needing an iPad case for kids.

I got this case for my kids' iPad Air. The iPad is couple of years old and has always been in a case. It used to be mine and I had Apple's magic keyboard case on it but then I upgraded to iPad pro 11" and transferred that case to my Pro leaving the iPad Air without one (11" Pro and 10.9" Air use same case). I decided to give iPad Air to my two kids to use during long road trips or occasionally at home because my daughter loves to do coloring on it but it needed a case. I bought a case off of Amazon and also bought a generic non-Apple pencil for her to do coloring. The case had handle on each side for kids to hold as landscape and had been perfect so far but it lacked a place to store the pencil though when not in use which was a nuisance. When I saw this Insignia Bumper Case with Apple pencil slot, I immediately grabbed it. I really like the spot for the pencil and it's very easy to get the pencil out. It holds it in place securely. This case is super durable. I love that I am able to stand my iPad up and it is very easy to access the power button with the fingerprint reader. It was so difficult to access any of the buttons with the older case. The most annoying thing was getting the charging cable into the charging port. It would take a huge amount of effort to insert the cable because of the handle on the case. You would have to go in at a certain angle while also bending the handle in the opposite direction at the same time to make way for the cable to go in. No way my kids could do it, not even my wife. They would always come to me to put it on charge. And when the cable was fully inserted, it would have to stay at a very small bending radius the entire time it's on charge, again due to the handle, making it prone to breaking. Honestly, I dreaded to put the iPad on charge. So much so, I preferred taking off the case to charge it sometimes. The Insignia case solves this problem as the handle is on the top side (non-charging port side) and the cable goes in & out without any issue just as it would without the case. The stand on the back is a nice touch. It's a two piece structure with a sliding mechanism. Top piece slides up & down while the second piece holds it in place. Honestly, it looks quite fragile. Only time will tell how long it lasts given the clumsy nature of my kids. Other than that, I believe that this case should hold up for a pretty long time as it seems very stable. Blue is my daughter's favorite color and coincidently, this iPad case is only available in blue color (at the time of this writing). It was the cherry on top. I would highly recommend this case, it does exactly what I need it to and is not too expensive.

This iPad silicone bumper case is great for strong and sturdy protection for your iPad, with helpful conveniences such as the built-in stand and handle. I have three kids for whom over the years I have bought several different iPad cases which were specifically designed to withstand their various intentional and unintentional assaults on their expensive tablets. I have found that the best ones have what this one has--the aforementioned handle and stand. The handle is perfect for kids to use to tote around their iPads, the built-in stand for propping it up to stream favorite shows, etc. There's also a handy slot on the back to store a stylus; however, be forewarned that with this case on, there is no way to charge up an Apple Pencil wirelessly since there is coverage on all sides (you would have to take the iPad out of the case every time you'd need to charge up the Pencil). But if you have one of the Apple Pencils (or other styluses) which charge via lightning or USB-C, then you don't have to worry about that. I was able to try out this case with four of the iPads we have in our household--the 10.2 inch 9th gen, the 10.9 inch 10th gen, the 4th gen iPad Pro 11 inch, and the M2 iPad Air 11 inch. I am happy to say that all of them fit nicely and worked well, with all cutouts aligning as needed. The compatibility with all of them is certainly present. It's nice to know that if we decide to upgrade or change around any of our iPads, this case can accomodate several different iPads and generations of iPads. It's a solid, good case for kids, and also for the elderly as well--good grippy feel, good protection, easy to carry, easy to prop up when needed.

For the price, this is a very good buy. I have fiddled with various types of covers and cases for my tablets over the years and this one is right up there as far a pure value for the buck is concerned. It is made of silicone and the build quality is quite good. The design is good and it fits both my previous generation Ipad and Ipad Air quite easily. You will need to pull and tug a bit, not much, and it should fit nicely like a glove. Protection is great and this can be used by both adults and kids but with this design and color choice, kids might find it more attractive. Taking the tablet out to clean should be easy and because of the material quality, a slightly wet wipe should not be a problem. The slot for the pencil is fine and the overall weight of the unit is quite light but it might not be the lightest option in the market because of the protection it offers. The stand is easy to get to and is quite sturdy and should withstand the test of time. Quick suggestion: in the next iteration, try to make the stand a little more versatile so that one can keep the Ipad vertically as well. Highly recommended for kids and a great buy for the adults in the family as well.
