I found this item in the local Best Buy, and it's worked well for me since I bought it. No complaints - and a cheap price, too!

Adequate Phone Mount

Mount correctly (and simply) attaches to vent fan blades; and supports the smartphone without issue. The unlock button takes some doing, however; and the mount, while adequate, does not appear to be especially sturdy or well-made. Decent purchase for under $20.

This is a great product at a very reasonable price

Also after some time the clip arms do not slide in and out as easily as at first. A bonus that I can load and unload my phone with one hand.
