Very good for young kids. Easy to use. Connects to TV for better sound and bigger picture. Microphone does not measure up to the rest of the unit. Bought a second microphone because of 2 kids and it is much better.

My son really likes how he can connect the karoke machine to his phone,a computer, and the television. We had a karoke party for New Years Eve and the machine worked great. The only problem he had was finding inexpensive music.

Overall great machine! The only thing we would change is that we would want it to be easier to pick your song on the cd instead of hitting next until you get to it. No numbers show up so it is hard to get to the song you want. You have to count in your head or listen for each song to start to make sure it is the right one.

Bought this machine for grand kids for Christmas It works fine kids having a fun time with it It also records to USB so kids can play back what they sing.

Me and my family love this karaoke machine, is great for beginners, even my son who is very shy sang "my way". I strongly recommend this item.

We bought this because we love to karaoke. We have used this every weekend and it's holding up great especially for the price, the volume is descent, and has many different options on getting songs to play. The screen is clear and surprisingly good to read. We are very pleased and would recommend this highly

For the price this is a decent system, but the sound quality and features are not what they should be. The microphone volume has to be at max level to hear someone sing, and the echo effect is just annoying because it can't be turned completely off, and even at its lowest level the echo is still very distracting. Also if the music is turned up too loud, it overrides the volume of the mic, no matter how the mic volume and master volume are configured. I was very disappointed with this system. The potential is there but the manufacturer seemed to cut some corners with the design.

In general I like the machine but I was a little disappointed with the microphone response and it's volume level. I have to operate at full volume to get any appreciable sound from the mic.

This was what I thought would be a fun thing at our bbq party. Turns out it was not compatible with all the disc.The sound was horrific.When I retuned it to the store I was told that i could only get a credit for the cheap cd's that I purchased separately. For the first time I was not happy being a consumer of best buy. Customer service in my issue was handled poorly

First one we opened on Christmas day didn't recognize there was a disc in the unit. Called support and they said they didn't have much information on this product but that it was probably a defective unit and we should return it to Best Buy. Returned it today (the 26th) and exchanged it for another one. The new one played the disc but the microphone didn't work. We tried another microphone that we have and it wouldn't work on the unit either. (If you put your mouth right on the microphone you could pick up some faint sounds) We will be returning the second one tomorrow, but this time we're asking for our money back.

This was our first Karaoke machine so I did not know what to expect, but it was easy to set up. However, it was only when we got the HDMI cable to connect the machine to our TV that we really saw the potential and began to enjoy the machine. We sang with some friends on New Years and now are looking forward to getting more discs. It would be great if the package included a sample disc with even one song to demonstrate how it works before you order the CD-G discs.

Love it better than the one I purchaed for a friend at frys that cost 3 times as much as this one.

For the money, this machine is AWESOME. Love it. I don't know about durability, haven't had it a long time yet.

The first machine I bought didn't read the CD's. I exchanged it.The second machine worked for about a week then it started displaying words from the previous song, the pixels were terrible at times, making the words impossible to read. The DVD function was fine, but that wasn't the reason I purchased it. I would not recommend this machine. Luckily, I still have enough time I can get my money back and put it towards a better brand.

will watch purchases at best buy a little closer in the future.
