The bad part is that I needed it because my heater went. The heater just ran without getting hot. It didn't start like the instructions said it would. So I wasted electricity along with my time. However, when I went to return it. The young lady that helped me was amazing. Very patient and very kind.

Also stopped working after about two weeks. It only heats up on the dark grey part of the tower. Get Honeywell.

Thermostat does not work

Came home multiple times to a 50 degree room, but this homeboy said it was 80 degrees in the room. The discrepancy was too high to ignore, don't do it if you can avoid it...

Nice heat for a small room

And it oscillates too, the product description states it does not. But..... The thermostat is off by 8-10 degrees. Set it for 68 and it heats to 78. I tried dealing with it, set it at 60 at night to keep the room at 68. This ended up being too much trouble. I figured I should get what I paid for. I returned it and ordered another. I will update the review when the new one comes. By the way, construction seems a little on the cheap side, not as solid feeling as I expected. Fan does make a bit of noise but I got used to it. Subconsciously the fan became associated with the coming feeling of heat.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Thermostat completely off. It will heat to temp I want then keep climbing 10 degrees after it shuts off. Then within 2 mins. it will dive down 15 degrees even thought the room is warm. It is wildly all over the place. Also the remote didn't work at all.
