Posted .Hello there. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on Insignia™ - Charge Station for Meta Quest 2 - White. I understand that you are not so pleased with the product performance. Kindly make sure that the magnetic USB-C plug adheres to the magnetic output connector. Make sure that each rechargeable battery is correctly installed in the Touch controller. Make sure that the custom battery door is correctly installed on the Touch controller. Made sure that you have connected the AC power adapter to the charging dock and a working power outlet.

Charging Station - not worth it.

The first one had issues with the contacts to charge the controller. Ultimately had to put a piece of paper to get the controller to charge. Returned it for a second unit with a battery that didn't charge. Don't waste your money.

The batteries that go for the handles don’t really work. They have to be turned to a curtain position that the only way to do that is the covers have to be off.

Just buy the controller charger don't get this one

It just drops over and over again the magnet isn't strong enough to keep it in place.

Good idea but Bad Product
