    Right controller’s battery does not work. With the new quest pro out I would suggest getting that one.

    Left Battery doesn't connect corectly. Did some research seems like this is a vommon issue.

    rusty connectors stopped charging

    recently had alot of rain and high humidity i notice the connectors started to rust and now won't charge

    The battery does not work on the right side. Other side connection is on and off

      Could you please follow up the QSG, the L/R battery are different, make sure to insert R battery to R controller, L battery to the L controller. BBY-ExBrand_Insignia

    Great product! The charging dock quickly charges my sons Meta. I was buying batteries every week and now je just uses his dock. Great purchase and well worth it.

    Bought this for my son and now he doesnt have to just keep his oculus in the box it came in. Charge your Oculus while being organized. Definitely recommend!

    Bought it twice, returned it twice.

    We got this for my son. One of the batteries for the controllers was faulty. We returned it and replaced it with another, thinking we just got a lemon. The new one not only also had a faulty controller battery but the charging unit itself would not even get power when it was plugged into the wall. Returned it a second time, this time for a refund. This is trash. Just buy the Anker one.
