I still haven't used it by son likes using the original charger

I purchased this after reviewing others experience with this charging device. Unfortunately, for me, it didn't work very well. 1 of the batteries would not register in the Quest 3 controller and the USB-C charger wouldn't work. Fortunately, they provided a secondary way to charge the Quest 3. Also when placing the headset to charge, the headset would need to be propped up in the back in order to connect to the charger. I decided it would be better, for myself, to purchase rechargeable batteries and just charge the headset with my own charger so I returned the product.

Headset still has to be physically plugged in and one of our rechargeable batteries does not work.

Our Grandson love this! They use everyday and night.

Charging dock would not charge both the headset and a kiwi battery strap simultaneously. The headset was almost impossible to get lined up perfectly with the charging pins to even just charge the headset for the slightest bit of time. The dock would also not charge my controllers if they had on grip straps made by the same brand that made the dock.

For some reason i could not get one of the controllers to pair with the headset (Oculus 3s) using these batteries. Tried resetting everything in the app without success. Unfortunately had to return d/t this issue. Was a nice idea though to not have to keep replacing batteries.

The left controller wont hold a charge. Likely a battery issue. The right controller is fine. The dock can charge with the elite strap but it is a little finicky due to pogo pin approach.

NOT COMPATIBLE. 1. The rechargeable batteries that come with it don’t fit into the control handles. 2. And with the Meta quest 3S, it’s not possible to drop the headset onto the dock and charge it. The 3S headset doesn’t have the metal connectors.

Trash. Came with a defective controller battery. I contacted best buy to try to get replacement from manufacturer, and was told that i should just get a refund.

The package was missing items. Best buy made me repurchase the item because they didn't have anymore and now I'm still waiting having paid double and still don't have 1 complete set.

Everything was missing I only have the charger it was open box I got the excellent one and it said nothing is missing but everything was gone

Right controller wouldn't charge had to return, trying again.

I did not recieve this yet and it says it was delievered!?
