Works, but not well with the battery strap

Probably better with the stock device. Returning the dock and hope to find a better one for my needs.

1st Party Capabilities at 3rd Party Cost

At $70 less than the official Meta branded dock, it’s a no brainer. I will say, though, to make sure your setup allows the headstrap to also sit up on your table if it is one with more heft on it. Otherwise, it will seesaw on the dock and not charge your headset.

Failed Remote Control Batteries

I may not purchase the Insignia charging station again based on that, but I would highly recommend buying a charging station for the Meta Quest 3 if you plan to play on it regularly.
