I've always been a fan of docked chargers. It makes charging devices that need frequent charging a breeze. This one is no different. Takes up very little space and it's no issue it all dropping the 3DS into the dock without looking.

I would buy a charger now and them because my son likes to play with the 3DS when its charging messing up the regular charger. I found this one, now he can't pay with the 3DS unless is fully charged. its very convenient, love this product.

If you need a 3ds charger please make yourself a favor and buy this one. It's elegant and nice looking anywhere you put it and makes your 3ds stand out. By the way it works with the regular 3ds as well and the New 3ds that was on sale at black Friday.

I like having the 3DS on my night stand within close reach and fully charged whenever I feel like relaxing for a few minutes. This works great but only the New 3DS XL. Period. If you have a different version of the 3DS don't bother, it won't work.

I gave this 4 of 5 stars because you do have to pay attention when docking the 3DS. I have a New Nintendo 3DS XL and when I put it in the dock, it doesn't have anything to guide it smoothly into the contacts. Other than that it charges fast and works great!

No brainer. This is a charger, with a base to dock the 3DS and charge it. The nintendo original adaptor is just the charger. And this is more convenient. Detach the base and use it with the cable only if you want that,

I got this mainly because it was on clearance but I’m glad I saw it. I just pop my 3DS in when I’m done playing at night (you know the time of day that you should be sleeping but your brains like noo don’t do it)

My daughter love this charger it is very nice looking, works very good the only negative would be that if you have a case on your DS you have to remove it to slip it into the charger, this doesn't seem to bother my daughter because she loves the charger.

Charges really well (1-3 hrs for full from empty/near empty), but does not keep the 3DSXL locked in place. If the charger is moved/bumped the system often slides out of position and stops charging.

Perfect for my son, can dock the console and grab and go when we are running out the door. Easy to make sure the console sits firmly and indicator lights tell you in is charging and when completed.

It is a station. It charges things. Well, not things... just a 3DS XL. It does what you expect. I was hoping it would also expand the internal memory, but no... it just charges. So in that regard it is a success.

So far I love this product, while takes just a little bit to get used to getting it in place, after that has been great to use for charging my New 3ds XL. Can’t beat the price I paid for the quality so far.

It’s a great charger and makes it look good when displayed, the only problem I have with it , is that the protective case I have doesn’t fit with the charger so I have to remove the case every time I charge the system

This charges good, but I have a slim case on the DXL so I have to take the cover off which makes it inconvenient. I don’t use it very much because of this.

Product works amazingly well and fits nicely. I recommend to any who needs a nice stand or cheap charger for their 3ds

Bought this because I needed a charger for my nintendo 3ds. I really like the set up when charging my 3ds..much better than the traditional charger and the price difference is not that much.

We did not receive a charger when we purchased this item and new we had to get something. Best Buy was the only business after Christmas to have a charger. It works great. No problems.

To our suprise the nintendo 3dsXL does not come with a charger. Good thing we read the reviews! my son hasn't had any issues with this charger at all. been using over a month and it works fast

This item works well. It is easy to use. The box should be a bit more descriptive. We thought we could use it for all 3 DS XLs, but learned later that we can only use it on the newest one.
