Purchased two of these chairs thanks to a Black Friday deal. I have no hesitation in saying that these chairs do what they say and the massage features are actually very good. Can I say on here that I am actually sore from the top back of my neck down to my back side and back of thighs? These aren’t your multi thousand dollar chair, but for what they are, they do a really good job! Unpacking was easy and including set up took less than 10 min per chair.

I regret buying just one massage chair! She's great for my back, I give her a massage before and after work, it really improved my spine. It's not very big and for me that was great because it looks beautiful in the living room without taking up too much space and for anyone who wants to put it in their bedroom it would be great too

Good price for fun relax. Comfy with small chair and goo massage. But not more functional.

Got this on sale for $200. Be aware, chair is fairly narrow and short. I am 6ft tall and 200lbs, and just barely fit around the hip and shoulder area. Massage was strong when the chair was brand new and become less so as time went on. I installed caster wheels on the bottom of this chair in order to use it as a gaming/office chair.

The chair is a bit narrow. But it gives great back massages. Would definitely recommend.

For the price compared to $1000 plus chairs this is a nice chair. Small so space saving. It has pretty good rollers for massaging the back. It does get clear down on the butt area which I don't care for but you can adjust the settings. Definatley reccommend if you don't want to spend a lot on a chair.

Bought this since we move to our new home ladt year and for Fathers day gift for myself. From then on i cant stop using it. It relaxes and sooth your musclw pain from a stressful or physical day… very sturdy, work very well and space practical

Great for the money as long as you know what to expect. It won't compare to $3k massage chairs but we got it on sale for $300 or so and we use it a lot. I took one star off because it developed a rattle after about a year of use. I haven't tried to tighten anything, it may or may not help.

Nice, hard massage but a little tight if you're not on the smaller end of the size guidelines.

Better than expected. I'm 6', 210lb and didn't feel the seat was tight. Actually the size was just about right for me. Way better than some other ones that you slap on a chair. I got it at a pretty good deal, too. I recommend this chair as long as you have a reasonable expectation. This will not perform like a $1k massage chair.

Absolutely incredible! I could not believe how easy to unbox and ready this was! It's balanced and weighted well for anyone less than 6' and 200lbs. It's got real power and mechanics to it, so rest assured it's not just a vibration plate. Worth every penny. Treat yourself!!

Great product. It feels and looks great. It is a molded chair for comfort and massages. I’m 5’9 and 230ish lbs. I can fit in No problem.. The weight limit is probably the motors limit. This chair is compact for almost any room. The Packaging isnt so compact. it’s a huge box. be prepared 49L x 28W x 39H

I bought for my girlfriend who has lower back problems from work. She loves it! She immediately worked it into her daily routine haha. Anyone who said this is no better than a universal massage pad is crazy. I CAN see it being small for big people. Im 5’11” 165lbs and its plenty big
