    Good TV if it could be fixed

    Thought this TV was great until we noticed reverse shadows on the picture especially apparent when the show had dard parts. Had repair guy out who said it needs new board. BB says has to be replaced because not available. Guess what the comparable model costs more and BB will not exchange it without me paying for a new warranty and the difference in the price of the TV with the same features that this one has. No reason to buy Insignia if you have to replace each time there may be a repair. No reason to buy extended warranty if I have to buy it again for each replacement and pay the difference for the next tv. Very bad experience.

    I am disappointed with how this TV has performed. The sound goes out and the only way to get it back it to turn it off (you can hear something clicking inside when the audio quits) . Then last month, the internet connectivity quit working.. and i have other items hooked up that work fine. Today, the picture is gone, and a message saying please wait shows up, and it stays that way. so ima try to take it back... it should be under warranty still.

    I purchased this TV and once I had it home, it was put into my TV cabinet. It was apparently deffective as there was a white line running across the top of the screen. I returned the TV.

    This TV was a bad choice. It takes a long time to warm up and come on and the sound is not very good. I let the 30 day return policy expire or else I would have returned it.

    I thought we had a great TV and then it started to overheat on us. Had to get it replaced, I will never buy an Insignia TV again.

    Returned it to store after three days. Our old Sony tube TV picture quality was much better
