This is a great value if you have a flashlight or lantern that uses "D" cell batteries. Living near the coast it is a must have for flash lights and lanterns using that size battery.

Insignia brand batteries are the only brand I buy. They last as long as name brands and have not failed me yet! When they go on sale I stock up.

You may not know the brand but these batteries work the same as any other and the price is better. My flashlight is just as bright as a more well known name brand and these were on sale.

We bought these batteries for a fan for our toddler in our car. The fan works great, gets the power it needs to blow and keep him cool in the car on hotter days. I'm pleased with the purchase.

Might not last so long as a Duracell but for the cost difference, this is my new battery choice. Last about 10% longer than Amazon basics. I buy when BB puts on sale. Otherwise I buy Duracell.

Batteries! What can you say? Insignia is the Best Buy house brand name and I will give these batteries a shot. They are in a Maglite flashlight sitting in my car. I’ll be looking forward to see how they withstand the cold and how long they keep their power.

Sorry for the cheese intro. I know you don't often need D Batteries any more, but if you find yourself in need I would recommend the insignia batteries. Nothing special here, gets the job done. Can't speak on the longevity of these just yet, but at the price I'm sure they will be satisfactory.

I love insignia batteries. They may not last quite as long as the premium brands but considering the savings, they're a great buy.

The batteries work well. I have not noticed any difference yet between lifespan of them compared to a name brand. The package is easy to open and easy to store. No new batteries wiggling around in drawers any more!

Good value. Got these as part of a Deal of the Day sale. Work well, last long, and they were a great price. I would highly recommend.

These seam to be working just fine in my outdoor lantern. I guess time will tell if they are a good purchase. Much cheaper than the name brand though so I’m giving them a shot.

I love these batteries. I have the Luminara candles that need these batteries. I use to only buy name brand, but since I found these they are just as good as the name brand and at half the cost.

They work. They are insignia. I have no issues in general with insignia products that I have purchased. These are no different. Much cheaper that the competition as well.

My cat’s toy takes batteries and eats them up quick. Insignia batteries last just as long if not longer than Energizer and are much more affordable.

These batteries are great quality they last just as long if not longer than the big brands, we have them set to deliver every few months so we never run out.
