Nice big numbers but the battery backup is only to store the time, it won't work on battery during a black out - which was disappointing to learn, The radio worked well. Not very intuitive to set the time, read the instructions.

This clock radio in great. So glad I purchased it. The numbers are large enough to see well. It’s bright and works well as a night light too. The alarm works great.

Clock radio comes complete including the batteries to insure the correct time in the event of a power failure. The big bright numbers are easy to read. The radio is less than a quality sound system.

I needed a simple clock to use I. The spare bedroom and this clock does the job. The radio works well and the time can be seen easily at any time of the day

Nice clock dual am/fm too. The numbers are large which I like and you can read it in the dark very clearly. It's not too difficult to set and I think i may get another one. The price is right and it's not cheaply built.

Very pleasant display, dimmable, can be read from across the room. Battery backup, so power outage does not disturb setting. I don't use the radio feature, but it is there. Great value for under $20.

This is a great alarm clock, easy to set up and you can set two alarms so you don’t have to keep change it, i just give four stars because the batteries didn’t work so well, if the power goes out the clock will be restore

The only complaint is the brightness from the big numbers. I've turned brightness down as far as it will go, but it is still like a night light in the room. I just sleep the other way or throw the covers over my head. I like that the alarm will reset for the next day without me setting it.

It took me a little while to figure out to set the alarm on this! Its a lightweight clock that has a very bright screen that can be dimmed!.It can awake you with a buzzer or from your radio. It has presets as well and two alarms .

This clock radio works fine. The controls are a little awkward and confusing, but nothing you can't get used to. It's not a thing of beauty, but it serves the purpose and is good value for the very reasonable price.

Large display is great for across a room or for a person with poor eyesight without glasses. Works great and is just what we wanted.

It has a very light weight construction which makes it feel cheap. The numerical display brilliancy is controllable and easily read. The speaker is small and not peasant to listen to. It keeps good time and is reliable.

Large display, 2 alarm settings, radio or buzzer alerts, good reception, and cheap price. The thing bad about it is the buttons require a lot of pressure to depress. All in all very happy with it.

Love the large display. I like to be able to see easily what time it is when I get up in middle of night, and as I approach wake up. Of course, the radio will wake me if I sleep until alarm time. Fairly easy to program.

Nice size, easy to use and the numbers are easily visible. What more could you ask for?

I liked the clock cause it has large display and lights up the room at night, so if we get up in the middle of the night it is safe and the price was reasonable.

Good news is everything works as expected. Setup is pretty easy. Two negatives are the buttons are very hard to push and the sound quality leaves something to be desired. However for the price, this is a good radio with the same features as more expensive radios.

This clock has the traditional black background with big green numbers. A little bright for a dark room, but much better than the Sony we tried before it with the blue back light (way too bright at night). The Insignia clock radio is a good purchase if you just need a clock on your nightstand.

I bought this for my son who was using his IPhone which was not working due to either not charging or whatever needless to say this was the right solution big display and 2 snooze settings he loves it and has gotten up on time ever since....and an awesome price thanks Insigna

Good value. I needed to replace my current alarm clock which I rarely need to use. This clock has a good size read out. Very reasonably priced.
