Terrible product

When I got here I plugged it in and it didn't work. When I looked at the box it was another terrible product made in China. The Rancho Mirage store did not have another product in the store and suggested I order it on line. No thanks. This time I want to look at the product before I buy instead of making 2 trips, one to pick up and another to return it.

The dual alarms makes my apt to hit the snooze son more accountable to his duty to wake up and get to school. The alarm is plenty loud. If you sleep through it, you might need more than any alarm clock.
