Worthless warranty

I took it back to Best Buy, and was told the store warranty had expired, but I could contact Insignia for warranty service at the number they provided. I called, and was told to take it back to Best Buy, where again I was sent away. Lesson learned: don't trust any warranty from Best Buy or Insignia.

It's really not keeping time well, has awful set up directions and is just difficult to figure out. Cheap clock...too bad not more choice but I'm sorry I purchased this. If there's only one or two clocks best buy is going to offer, let them be easy to manage, simple to use and, for heaven's sake, keep the time accurately. The radio is good which is what i use it for now since I cannot return it.
