    I ordered two of these and both had the same issue with the volume staying consistent. Once the volume was set, without doing anything to the radio the volume would go from normal level to very low and then back to normal. There was no pattern, it was very random.

    Coulb not set presets . I BELIEVE THE BUTTON WAS BROKEN, TRIED TO GET AN EXCHANGE BUT BOTH TIMES I CAME IN THEY ONLY HAD ONE AND IT WAS ALREADY OPENED.

    Strange device, alarm only beeps and you have to turn on radio manually. Overall good quality and price but I was looking for an alarm clock radio and not an alarm clock WITH a radio set built in.
