    the buttons are very small making it difficult to adjust the clock. The alarm is so soft it wouldn't wake a baby.

    Worked fine out of the box, and the price was right, but after a few months, it only produced static. I took it back to Best Buy, and was told the store warranty had expired, but I could contact Insignia for warranty service at the number they provided. I called, and was told to take it back to Best Buy, where again I was sent away. Lesson learned: don't trust any warranty from Best Buy or Insignia.

    Radio does not work with batteries. I wanted the radio to work with batteries for when there was a storm.
