I now keep this in my computer case for the occasions when I take a monitor that is not connected through my docking station. Plugs in and is held very securely on both ends.

This allowed me to connect my main monitor to a Display port, and my second monitor to the HDMI slot.

Once that hurdle was cleared, as well as setting up my other programs, email accounts, etc., everything was good to go. The computer itself has been a dream so far. I am running MSFS 2020 on ultra settings in both flatscreen and VR; it runs like butter. For the first time I have a truly stutter free immersion in the sim. For my CAD work this machine is more than adequate. Renders are quicker even if the CPU visits 90 C temperatures a bit longer than I would want. Naturally, I cannot speak to the long term quality since I have been using it for only six weeks or so. Some people have noted the fan noise as an issue, but I haven't been bothered by it. All in all I am happy with my purchase with no regrets (so far).

This let me use my old monitors for my gaming set up.

When it does work when you’re gaming, it presents a pretty clear picture, but sometimes the screen will randomly go black on you like you disconnected the monitor, and then the picture will come back around 5-10 seconds later

I have it running a 27" ultrawide at 2560x1080@100Hz with 12bit depth and HDR. No issues so far. The extra braided strength makes me feel good about it, too.
