Great product that I suggest you but for your friends and family

Bad signal inside the bldg. can't get a clear fm station

Pay a little more a get something that works. The sound is poor. It's awkward to use. Sometimes the buttons make contact and sometimes they don't. The play controls don't control the ipod. A complete waste of money.

Best Buy would not allow me to return it because I was 4 days after their 14 day return policy. Sorry I have a life and can't change my schedule to return something completely undamaged and unused. It was plugged in for testing and determined that the Radio portion of the alarm was too loud when the alarm went off and was unable to adjust it any lower. So I went there 18 days later....4 days after the "terrible return policy" and now I'm stuck with it. Thanks Best Buy. You just lost all of my business. I'll shop on A/\/\@Z○/\/ from here on in.

I am sure it works but I never go to use it because I needed to buy adapters for the phone. Anyway, I returned it and purchase a mor compatible bluetooth speaker.

The adapter needed to fit a iPhone/iPod newer generation is priced more than this product. Had to return it.

The look is great but i wanted it as an office radio...gets horrible reception..it could just be my work though..still gonna keep it for my iPod

I had inconsistant volumes on wake up. Twice my phone did not charge while docked.

The alarm is hard to set and even harder to turn off. The buttons are very small and not very intuitively placed. The option to wake to buzzer/radio/phone is hard to set and the volume will be different for each. I got it as a gift from the kids so I'm stuck with it for a while but it's going to be gone.

Mediocre at best terrible sound quality cheap components

I've had trouble finding a device that offers good sound and a strong FM reception, but this does the trick. Comes in clear and takes up very little space. Biggest issue for me is that you can't go backwards when selecting preset stations. Also be aware that this won't work with more recent iPhone models. But for what I needed, this was perfect.

Wife when in to buy a a charger and was asking for help then saw the alarm clock charger the sales guy said to her this is really good! After getting her a lightning cable. This Device uses a the old plug. Totally useless!

I returned this product because it was hard to understand how to set it up, plus you have to set the alarm each day instead of it being automatic.

Very dissatisfied. Keys are too small. Radio volume resets to too loud when used as alarm. Very hadr to get keys to set alarms.

I like the sound and ease of use. It charges my iPhone as it plays my Internet music. I can stream internet music for hours and have a 100% charged phone. The only down side is the very bright light the time numbers make at night. It is adjustable, but even at lowest light setting it's still bright.

works okay as iPod dock. Radio function is difficult to setup and use.
