Not the best choice for bedroom alarm
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a decent product, unless you are using it the bedroom - alarm volume arbitrarily changes itself and has the potential to really shock you into the day! Display for time is much too bright - the blkue illuminated the room like a night club- making sleep impossible, even when turning display towards the wall. Works great in the kitchen though.....but so does my $20 boom box...

Fatally flawed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You CANNOT adjust the volume of the alarm whether it is set to play the radio or iPhone or iPod. It comes on LOUD. Want an irate spouse, buy and use one of these! Mine is going back to the store.

First clock radio I ever had that u can't set the alarm volume. Otherwise is a good product. I called insignia and they responded that is preset from the factory.....
